Free for teens is the most fucktard crap idea ever offered. You ruined my experience. I came to this gym because I can travel and go to anyone I want with the black card membership. But now overcrowded with teenagers has ruined my experience I am now looking for a new gym

The gym is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. My only issue is location. Having to drive through an army of lights to make it down the senseless stroad that is Concord Pike is stressful every damn time, so by the time I get to the gym I am never in the peaceful headspace I would like to be in. I hope the location will eventually change to somewhere less constricted by terrible urban planning and the checked out morons who are distracted from their phones by driving.

Convenient but getting dirty. Staff socializing at the desk. The sun bed rooms need to be cleaned. Floors need vacuuming etc

The staff is super friendly and helpful, greeting everyone upon arrival and departure. They truly welcome you. Overall the facility is clean. And there is a variety of equipment whether you are doing functional, cardio, or weight building workouts.

By far, the best Planet Fitness I have ever been in. Great range of machines and free weights. However, bring a lock for your locker. I have had items including bags and car keys stolen from here twice in the past month.

This is a larger size Planet Fitness 25k+ sq ft and wasn't crowded when I was there. It was clean and the equipment was in working order. I like that there are some Hammer Strength back and chest machines; I wish all Planet Fitness gyms started using more Hammer Strength machines.
The shopping center in which it is located has some nice stores; the whole area North of it is also packed with a great selection of stores

Bianca is the girl. Thank you so much. I had moved away, I asked to speak to the manager for obvious reasons which was around likely story you’d think. I had explained my story to her and she was more than receiving. Very patient and professional. This girl should be the manager for all locations. Thank you 100 times Bianca!

The gym is very clean and the staff is friendly. Best location I have been to of all.
