Nice people, but the management is not willing to solve problems. Maybe their hands are tied by corporate, but the lack of flexibility and accommodation for someone that has been banking with PNC for more than 20 years is unacceptable.

Absolutely the slowest drive thru I ever been in. They have the poor teller running around like crazy while the managers do nothing to help. I'm obviously in need of a new bank

Excellent service… Michelle, Jackie, Dak, etc. Been a customer over 10 years, always responsive and friendly. They genuinely care.
