Terrible experience at this branch. They lost my mom’s checks, which forced us to cancel them—completely unacceptable. The branch itself smells musty, and the music is so loud you can’t hear staff or have a normal conversation. Overall, very poor customer experience.

They always say hello when someone walks in. The tellers are so friendly and complimentary, I always leave with a smile. 😊 thank you PNC. Keep doing what you’re doing

Nice people, but the management is not willing to solve problems. Maybe their hands are tied by corporate, but the lack of flexibility and accommodation for someone that has been banking with PNC for more than 20 years is unacceptable.
