Spamming customers with vague voicemails during the business day, leaving the impression that was a problem with my account, then left me on hold for 15 minutes when I called back before presenting an advertisement. This does not make me want to keep money in this bank.

Terrible experience at this branch. They lost my mom’s checks, which forced us to cancel them—completely unacceptable. The branch itself smells musty, and the music is so loud you can’t hear staff or have a normal conversation. Overall, very poor customer experience.

They always say hello when someone walks in. The tellers are so friendly and complimentary, I always leave with a smile. 😊 thank you PNC. Keep doing what you’re doing
