Shitty branch, charge you 2% to cash a check without an account. Ask to make an account and conveniently no bankers are there to help you and they force you to pay the 30 if you need your money. What bank charges a % of your money and blames it in risk when 2% covers notthing

Worst bank ever in Delaware since they took over Bank of DE. They don't know how to close out an account. They hit my account after it was closed with another fee. Horrible customer service.

It's not often that I have to go into the branch of a PNC, but whenever the need arises, I prefer to go to this specific branch. Every time that I have come here, the staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Most importantly to me, they seem to really want to help. It's actually a really great experience, and I've shared this with others because it really stood out to me! Thanks so much!

The best banking experience of all time. I had been to another bank earlier in the day who could not help me and Jordan and Raquel went out of their way to help me. They had smiles on their faces and they were helpful to each other and most helpful to me. I’m so grateful to them and to PNC and will be back again soon!

The worst banking experience of all time. After opening an account and depositing a cashiers check, the bank sat on funds for 3+ weeks with funds listed as "unavailable". Stopped at branch and rec'd no help or explanation as to why. Also called customer service and rec'd no explanations (again, the deposit was a 'cashiers-check' and funds were guaranteed using this method for the deposit). Another week goes by and letter sent by PNC stating that the account is closed. After calling them it would seem that they simply closed the account using a 'we can choose to not do business with any person' type of reasoning. An explanation on when they would return the funds deposited via cashiers check was not provided. Will continue trying to recover the funds from PNC Bank. Hopefully this review allows others to proceed with caution or to simply look at any other establishment.

Always have had positive banking experiences inside this Branch. However this review pertains ONLY to the drive thru ATM… it took me 23 transactions to deposit cash and checks. According to the ATM you can deposit up to 50 bills at one time… in my case the most it would take was 35 bills.Most of the transactions would only take 5, 10, or 20 bills at a time and took me 45 minutes and 23 transactions later to complete my deposit. The ATM would spit some bills out then accept them individually but not together. I would have left any other time and just had waited to go inside during normal business hours any other time if it weren’t the Holiday season but with all the holiday rush I prefer to have my cash safely put away where I can’t misplace or lose it.
