I’d rate zero stars if that was an option. Whenever I call and need assistance I’m always put on an extended hold with no positive resolution. The lack of empathy in a frustrating situation with no access to my money will be the reason I’m pulling all of my funds out of this account.

Worst customer service around. Expect to be left on hold. No access to your funds. Expect no help from the staff. Which is q revolving door. You would have better luck keeping your money under your mattress

I spoke with Iman & he was amazing. He guided me every step the way with making a decision that would benefit me the most with consolidating my credit card debt. He’s very personable, knowledgeable, patient, & encouraging. Personally I would not recommend this credit union. Horrible customer service and I felt like I was not valued at all.

PRIORITY PLUS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION COMPANY CONSTANTLY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $3 FOR ATM TRANSFER FEES & I DON'T EVEN USE THE ATM. NOW YOU MAY PAY YOURSELVES BACK WITH THE $25 OVERDRAFT FEE FOR SPENDING SUPPOSEDLY 2 CENTS MORE THAN I HAD, BUT WAIT, YOUR COMPANY CONSTANTLY TOOK $3 ATM TRANSFER FEES FOR EITHER A TRANSFER FROM MY SHARES TO MY CHECKING OR MY MOTHER'S ACCOUNTS TO MY ACCOUNTS, SO IN ALL REALITY YOU OWE ME $5.98 PLUS THE $25 OVERDRAFT FEE. IF YOU DIDN'T STEAL MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNTS FOR BOGUS TRANSFER FEES THAT 2 CENTS YOUR COMPANY SAID I OVERDRAFTED ON WOULD BE THERE. Great people and competitive products, but the online and app are so behind. Then there are the branch hours. If you actually have a job, don't think you're going to be able to go there in person.
