I have Dr. Jessica F. And she was very kind and thorough with my annual checkup. She took the time to listen to what I had to say and listen to me about everything and how I felt. A lot of times I don't feel like I'm heard and, doctors are always telling me that I'm fine. But she really sat and listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

My husband and I see Dr. Donohue for our primary care physician. We are both very happy with our decision to sign up for Dr. Donohue's practice. Dr. Donohue listens, researches questions that may come up during an appointment, is always willing to learn, and has great respect for his patients. He wants to educate us so that we can make informed decisions about our medical decisions. He is responsive, and always follows up. His staff if very friendly also.

This office provides care based off feelings and judgement. Services differ drastically for different patients being seen by the same doctor and across the doctors. Standard of care is lacking and quality consistent care is non existent. For example I have not heard from my PCP for over a year even after being hospitalized and going through 2 major diagnosis but my significant other gets calls from the nurses to check in on him for small routine issues how could this be so different. They give out narcotics to addicts yet don’t give out medication to help those without addiction issues to get through some stressful times. I don’t understand why their care varies so drastically nor why I was treated with such disrespect and dismissiveness.

I was introduced to Progressive Health (PH) 6 years ago by a friend when my then PCP decided to convert to a concierge practice. Started with Dr. Donohue, who helped me understand things about my body that I was not aware of. While I am now on my 4th doctor with PH, I find the same level of interest and care when I am in the office. I appreciate their overall proactive philosophy of the patient taking an active interest in their overall well being and emphasizing the "BIg 3" (better sleep, eating, and exercise). Their education programs are very informative. Their portal has proven to be great to communicate to and from the office on all health related matters. Having my total clinical summary in one place makes managing my health records very easy. They were especially proactive and responsive during the Covid 19 pandemic. Bottom line: Feel very confident being a PH patient!

I am a satisfied customer of Progressive Health of Delaware. Dr. Zarek pays full attention to my health situation. She takes her time to explain results of blood tests and answers my questions to my satisfaction.

Dr. Jayshree Tailor is kind, compassionate and authentic. She spends time discussing your full medical history, as well as any current complaints. My care plan that she has devised is always with a holistic view. She has coordinated specialists for me for years. I trust her completely. Highly recommend.

Honestly, this is the that time that I’ve felt like I’m actually part of my own healthcare team. They’re thorough and I’ve never felt rushed. I feel so fortunate to have found this team after moving here. Thanks Jessica! I walked in feeling hopeless and walked out hopeful!

I love this medical practice. The office is efficient. I am always treated with respect and concern. The big difference is that everyone there cares. It shows. The staff is very responsive and I always feel very well cared for. These are challenging times for health care in this country. This practice is delivering the goods. A few years ago the practice hosted a diabetes prevention program. It encouraged a vegan diet. I am not a vegan today. However, I am leaning into a plant based diet and lost 40 lbs over four years. I am still not diabetic. This is success. Thank you, Progressive Health of Delaware.

This practice is uniquely prevention and education oriented offering a wide array of informational opportunities. The staff is always professional, well trained and caring. As a patient your time and opinions are valued, wait time is minimal, and you have access to a patient portal that gets a quick response. Two locations - can't beat it!

The staff and doctors and nurse practitioners are excellent! I have been going to this practice for over 20 years they’ve always been courteous, professional, and concerned about my well-being. I would recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation.

I had just taken a physical for work and needed blood test results that were not more than 3 months old. I stopped in without an appointment to discover my test results were too old. They were in a meeting when I arrived but put me as a priority. Took the test on site and faxed the results in. Thanks to them, I did not miss a single day of work! I really appreciate having them in my health corner!
