My experience with this office has been great. I had a policy with them for a little under two years and everything went smoothly. However, they have really stood out to me when I cancelled my policies (it might be weird to be reviewing an office I no longer go through, but I really appreciated them throughout this process!)They were very helpful in getting everything signed and cancelled day of the call, without making me jump through all sorts of hoops or anything, which is always appreciated. There was a mixup on Allstate's end (the overall company, not their office) where I got charged again, and they were super great when I called back, getting me a refund and making sure that the cancellation went through properly. Joyce is super sweet and very understanding, I cannot say how much I appreciated her help on this. Overall I had a very good experience with this office and would definitely recommend to others.

The representatives were impolite and unprofessional. They were demeaning with their language and did not allow me to speak while I attempted to address my questions. I believe there is no place for that in customer service, no matter your position. I hope that other customers do not experience what I did. Actively looking for another insurance. Unfortunately I cannot score 0 stars, or else I would.

I have never dealt with ALLSTATE INSURANCE and I am glad I dont, didn’t and won’t!!!! For several days now I have been trying to assist my son and his fiancée in dealing with an issue with insurance coverage. I have requested not once not twice not three time but more than a hand full of times for a simple letter showing dates of coverage. The first employee said she couldn’t even find the policy in the system, than after putting me on hold not once, not twice, not three times, but over a hand full of times “she so called found it” she was CLUELESS to what I was requesting than finally said oh ok I understand I will get it to you now! Well now came and went! Called in the next day the same situation! Today was even better. I spoke to someone who claimed to be the OFFICE MANAGER. I explained to her the same and she repeatedly kept asking me if what I needed was an FR19 form! I replied over and over again NO this is not for DMV this is for and explained yet again what it was for. She said I will send you a declaration page I answered over and over again NO I don’t need that it does not give what I needed. After explaining in English over and over and over again she still didn’t understand she was frustrated and so was I. This lady after requesting to speak with a supervisor told me she was the boss lol that was her word BOSS...i asked for a phone number to the owner and he did not have a number or no means to be able to contact him i said fine i will call corporate she stated “I DON’T CARE WHO YOU CALL OR WHAT YOU DO” so I responded that she needed to learn to speak English better because not only did she not listen to what was said because her mouth was trying to over talk me but SHE FAILED TO UNDERSTAND A CUSTOMER PERIOD and at the end of the day I didn’t understand her! Customer service lacks in this office and when speaking to the owners wife she said to me you maybe having an off day because her employees never have problems. Well well well the apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree truly a wrong response from the owner!! This is exactly why I had the experience I did the owner herself does not care and basically called me a liar!! Respect goes a very long way and that they do not have!! The reviews on this page are pretty much by there employees which says a lot!!!
