My drug test was SCHEDULED at 10:30 a.m on Friday, March 7, 2025.
I arrived at 9:55, but according to their RIDICULOUS sign-in system, you can only check-in TEN MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled appointment... only to sit there for 30+ MINUTES while the Staff flap their jaws in the back.
NO ONE was at the Front Desk when patients arrived to make sure that they had everything they needed to be properly checked-in and EVENTUALLY taken back. NO ONE bothered to update us about the LONG DELAY until the Waiting Room became rather loud with complaining. At least ONE person took a look at the FILLED Waiting Room and LEFT! Patients were also taken out of order which didn't help matters, either.
I'm a rather PATIENT person, but when I go through the trouble of following YOUR check-in procedures... only to sit and WAIT for EONS before finding out what the issue was... I get quite heated. What made all of this WORSE is that I had to be at WORK at 11AM! Good thing I called work on THURSDAY MORNING to report that I would be AT LEAST 30 minutes late FRIDAY morning!
The ONLY POSITIVE parts of this visit were the nice lady to took my urine sample; AND the conversations with the other WAITING patients, SOME of whom arrived before I!
If lack of Staff is the underlying issue, then use some "common sense" and HIRE MORE people... and STOP CLOSING LOCATIONS! Today's fiasco could've been EASILY avoided had there been a RECEPTIONIST AND MORE LAB TECHNICIANS (or whatever they're called).
Next time, I'll know better than to come here.

I visited the Silverside Road office in Wilmington, Delaware.
The office and labs were clean, bright and well organized. The text-based check-in system worked flawlessly. I was taken to the lab on time. My phlebotomist was courteous, professional and skilled. She listened to my pertinent medication history. I will return for future labs.

Every time I go, I seem to get a different patient care person and they all have been so pleasant, kind, caring and knowledgeable! I get blood work done 3 or 4 times a year and I'm so happy to have found this location!

The two ladies working here were wonderful. I had to bring my young daughter in for blood work and she was very scared, but they made the experience much more pleasant than it may have been otherwise. They were absolutely wonderful with her!!

It was so easy to schedule my appointment at Silverside road through the app, and the phlebotomist was Super nice and very good at her job!!

The service was friendly and professional.
The location is very convenient.
The check-in and wait time was easy. It’s highly recommended that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time.

If I could do less than 1 star I would, The Wilmington De location is a mess. I went as a walk in and checked in. At my scheduled time I asked someone was I called and he rudely replied I wasn’t called yet. There was no one else in the waiting room at the time. I waited over an hour before I left. It appears they were only taking scheduled appointments as they arrived. I saw the staff standing around talking, I would not trust this place doing anything medically related for me.

I made an appointment for 8:10 am. I did not have my labs drawn until 9:00 am. I made an appointment to insure I could get in and out in enough time to be at my next appointment by 9:00 am. I was late to my next appointment. The staff seemed a little annoyed with patients asking when they would be assisted.
