I always come to Quest on Silverside Road and never had a bad experience. My Dr would prefer I use the lab in his building but I like this place so much more, I always come here. I make an appointment online and arrive a few minutes before my appointment. The wait isn't that long I usually get in and out within 20 minutes.

The staff for Quest Diagnostics is rude and they don't know how to talk to people with respect. Take yourbusiness somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and schedule an with MedExpress on Concord Pike. Their staff is better trained in customer service. DO NOT GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS ON SILVERSIDE ROAD.

Very mean staff. Find other locations. Need training in how to talk to people. They could be busy. That should not make them impolite. May be try LabCorp next time. That is the plan for me.

Very rude , condescending .Could not understand immunoglobulins as written on prescription.Walked out Going to have labs done at hospital. As a medical doctor this is the worst lab I have ever been to. Will send all other patients elsewhere.This is the Silverside Ave location in Wilmington Delaware

I showed up before closing: close to it but regardless, I could here staff just talking and joking around instead of going their job, they came out before closingTo tell me they were done for the day, leaving me and several others in the waiting area. This is what you get sometimes.I won’t use quest again.

I was at the Silverside lab in May 9th for blood work. I was very anxious and not on top of things. The technician who took my blood was very nice and told me I owed $65.00 which I paid with cash. I have no health insurance and I was given a discounted rate which I was grateful for.I'm getting a past due bill now. It looks like the tech stole my money.

Don't even bother going here because you can't get any customer service on the phone. After calling and listening to five minutes of menu information that I didn't need, it became clear that they offer absolutely no method of speaking to a live person. I tried using the automated appointment scheduler to change an appointment, and was told that a confirmation code, which I was never given, was required. Again, no option of speaking to a person. Just abysmal customer service.

The sarcastic and dramatically appalled attitude of the woman who greeted me in this quest office today really set the tone for this location.I had forgotten my paperwork at home but asked if I could provide the necessary information from my phone to which she sarcastically and in a dramatically appalled tone said “absolutely not” and just stared at me with no other offer of explanation.Cool.

The employees are the slowest I have ever seen. Was there 3 times in one week and every time was the same. They're behind schedule while the people in the waiting room hear them talking and laughing up a storm. It was unbelievable how much they talked and laughed.

IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR RATING ID USE IT! This Dirty Hole in the Wall should be shutdown. It had no receptionist and only 2 employees that were RUDE! The Waiting Room had 4 chairs and a line of people going out the door. Making an appointment was irrelevant when they didn't have enough Staff to keep up with the schedule. This Employee/ A$$4OLE told me that if she wanted to SHE COULD HURT ME because she was "In Control". I'll never recommend Quest PERIOD!

My first experience in the silverside location was awesome. My blood work was done by Markeya. She was amazing in helping me out with everything. Her personality and sweet spirits caught my attention and reminded me that I need to work on becoming a better professional every day. She was the first person ever to stab me and I did not scream. She did such a perfect job on me. I will highly recommend this location to anyone.

I don’t know why they even take appointments for. Right now it’s 2:45 my appointment is at 2:10 and there is still two people ahead of me. 3 people in the back I’m not sure what’s going on. I told them I’m on my lunch break and they don’t care. Look at Al the bad reviews and it’s still like this. Just horrible

Booked an appointment. Waited an hour. Front office was very rude and on cellphone having a very personal conversation. When I finally got the attention of staff to show my confirmation, they accused me of lying (even though my appointment was on their screen). Then they refused to test because my doctor had provided the order digitally as opposed to print. Went to Labcorp and had no issues. I never write reviews but yikes
