Useless. There is no point in them being open until 4pm if they don’t take people after 3pm. No consideration for those who actually can’t get off work

I am mostly deaf in one ear due to a botched childhood surgery. The person I had who oversaw my appointment mumbled instructions, ignored me when I asked her to repeat it, then proceeded to hurry me into the bathroom. Apparently I did something not according to instruction which she then marked on my paperwork without a single word. No offer for me to go in and do it again, she did not inform me on what I did wrong. I only found out on the print-out which I would not have noticed at all if I had not read it thoroughly. Absolutely zero self-awareness when it comes to accommodating someone with hearing difficulties. This was for a pre-employment screening. If you're going to offer a service that places someone's livelihood in the balance, you need to do more than the bare minimum. She did not even manage to achieve that. Absolutely miserable experience from someone who is far too dismissive to be assigned to a role that has that much power over someone's life. I cannot imagine what it would be like to be disabled or have serious health issues that require labwork to be done, only to be treated like a subhuman, I truly feel sorry for anyone in that position who decides to make an appointment here.Save your loved ones the trouble and go to a different testing facility with people who don't treat you like scum for having an impairment.

Terrible customer service. Refused a walk in and then couldn't be bothered to tell me where to get lab work done. Don't waste your time.

Absolutely terrible. I've left multiple messages to get an appt. You can't do it on their website. I gave up and went into the office to make an appt. and the person wouldn't even look at me. She said to call the number and walked away... for like 5 minutes. When she came back I explained that I had called for days with no answer. She said I had to do it online and then walked away again. There were 3 customers rolling on the floor laughing at the terrible service. They all agreed that they couldn't figure out how to make an appt either but one of them had figured out you have to make an account first, but there is nothing that says that on their website. I gave up, and literally made an appt at LabCorp as I walked to the car, without making an account first.

I have been coming to this Quest Labs for years. The main reason is because of Anna. She is the best at taking blood! She is quick and never leaves a mark. She gets you in quickly and out the same. I have recommended my friends to go there. I just feel for Anna for she never has anyone helping her. She has always been left on her own there. She deserves more!

I work for quest diagnostics and I’d like to explain as a employee to the patients on what we do.We prefer you to make an appointment, why? Because we prioritize our appointments who schedule and plan a time with us, you are pre registered in the system which takes away a few minutes from inputting your information into the system to just verifying it is correct. Also less patients in our waiting room to lower the spread of Covid-19.We are aware you would like to get in and out but unplanned walk-in can back us up the rest of the day. Sometimes a patient can take up to 30 minutes when We have appointments every 10/15 minutes some sites have 3/4 appointments every 10 minutes BUT our responsibility is not only putting information from you and the Dr or sometimes Dr’s (patients come in with several different scripts) which takes more time to make sure everyone is getting a copy and there is no overlapping which would mean you would get charged twice. We try to avoid making things difficult for our patients and ourselves. We also are the ones drawing the blood, making sure tubes are correct, filled and not expired. After we draw the blood we wait 15 minutes for the blood to clot, after it clots we spin it down which takes another 15 minutes. After it is spun we have to pay attention to which test are done and needs to be poured off/frozen/refrigerated, after we pour the Serum/plasma or whole blood into a specific separate tube we make sure it is labeled, sealed, scanned into the computer, and ready to be sent and transported to the lab.We also handle stool, semen, saliva, urine, breath and drug testsWhat I am saying is what is a quick visit for you can add up to 30 minutes to our shifts. If you come in before we close for lunch then we don’t get our well deserved break. We would like to also go home to our family/ pets and loved ones when our shift is scheduled to be over. So please be respectful and make an appointment with us, we are happy to take you!

Absolutely terrible experience. The person collecting my drug screen was incredibly rude. It was embarrassing the way she spoke to me in front of others. She said that she was annoyed, and made it seem like it was my fault that she was behind on her appointments

Absolutely love this place. It's always the same woman when I go (about 1-3 times a month). My veins roll and I'm a bleeder but she always manages to get it on the first try. The people are friendly and the environment is calm, quiet, clean. Will probably never go to another Lab until she's retired.

Wish I could give no stars! Had to bring my mom for blood work & whoever was at the desk at 12:50 pm must have flunked out of customer service because she was THE most arrogant person ever! I will NEVER bring my mom back here & I will NEVER recommend this lab to any of my family or friends!

Horrible!! Staff is always rude and never has sufficient staff on site. In addition, the cost is never consistent for the same bloodwork, $28 one visit, $68 the next???

Visited this location several times in the past. Recently visited this office for lab work up on my husband. The women working there is rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. the first time walked in without my husband, per the sign in system I had a choice to wait outside or sit inside, I choose to wait outside, while my husband set in car. Reason for my wait outside is because my husband only has 40% of lungs, just had two open heart surgeries. I got the text walked in with my husband the women was upset that I didn't wait inside, her reason, the room was empty, however I did not know how many if any people were in back and how long they were there. I explained that I was following their protocol, she still debated. Second time there were at least 6/7 waiting and some in back. I again choose to wait outside with husband in car, right in front of lab, when room emptied about 4 people I set inside to wait, she saw me. Meanwhile my husband had to use the restroom I asked him to use the hallway restroom so not to disturb the women. All awhile appointments were walking in she took three appointments after all the people that were waiting cleared out. oN third appointment I asked how many appointments she had to take before calling us, she got defensive and again debated. Now after that last appointment she called us, when I got to window she snatched the scripts out of my hand, I asked her not to be disrespectful, she denied she did it and continued to be defensive and agrumentive. Meanwhile she said that we would have to pay for the A1-C test, I asked why, she asked if he 'd had one done in the last 3 months I said I could not remember as my husband's had many....test, I told her I wanted to opt out of that test, she argued it was on script, my respond was I had the right to opt out until I found out if he has that test in the last three months, she did the test anyway. her explanation, she checked and there were no...A 1-C test in recent months. You'd think she'd do that first before the debating. I called and emailed Quest to date no...call or answers as to where i could go without having to endure this level and lack of professionalism. Let me add that both my husband and I are Seniors, my husband is 77 I'm 63. the treatment of seniors to no...value to this women and from what the I can tell she treats everyone the same. This women should be removed and maybe have her work supervised by someone in that company. I had to take the time to write this because it seems that no...one wants to respond. Daisy Bermudez

I will be moving to Delaware soon. I decided to find a Quest near my new home. I was greeted by Anna. She was incredibly friendly and did a GREAT job. She was painless, I didn’t even feel the stick at all! If you go here, please ask for Anna. You will not be disappointed.

This morning I went to this location for the first time. I was skeptical at first, but as soon as I walked in, those thoughts were changed. From the easy sign in to the drawing of the blood it was great. Anna and Monica greeted me with smiles and a warm welcome. Anna was a GREAT phlebotomist and won me over for sure. I will be back in January, 2020 and will use this lab whenever I need bloodwork. Keep up the good work.
