Chrisy (Home Furnishings and Sleep Consultant), Amya, and Marcus (Business Office) helped with expertise, professionalism kindness and care. The best selection was made most definitely with Chrisy's help. She guided me the the process patiently. I had a lot of questions and she answered them calmly and honestly. I believe that when the time comes for me to select other furniture Christ will be my go to person.

Marcus, the manager, and I tried remembering the salesman's name, but they provided excellent service. We purchased a dining room set for a great price. If we need furniture in the future, we will visit this location or the main store up the street.

So glad we decided to go to the Raymour and Flanigan outlet in Wilmington. What a beautiful showroom with lots to choose from.Our salesmen, Matt Young, was so helpful. He was very patient and knew the answers to all of our questions. I will recommend this outlet and Matt Young to my family and friends.

Chris Hamilton from the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Wilmington is outstanding. She welcomed me when I walked into the store without being overly aggressive or showing signs of a hungry salesperson. She showed me many things but could not find what I wanted. I did see a bookcase that caught my eye. I left without a purchase but with her business card. Days later Chris reached out to me without being pushy. I later went back and purchased the bookcase. I later saw a cocktail table online. I reached out to Chris and she assisted with that purchase. When it didn’t come in the expected time I reached out to Chris and it arrived the next day. Chris throughout my whole experience has been a welcoming and genuine caring person with the person’s best interest at heart. She was not the pushy salesperson who I did encounter at another Raymour & Flanigan store in the area. Kudos to Chris Hamilton.

I decided it was time for a new mattress. My schedule prevented me from getting to the store until 4:45 on a Sunday. Luckily for me I was paired with Christine “mattress queen“ Holsopple. She took the time to show me multiple models. She explained the features and the differences but I couldn’t decide. Manager Marcus stepped up and got me thinking in a different way. His suggestion paired with Christine’s understanding my needs and I am a happy first time R & F customer. Zayna in customer care put together the paperwork on the financing. Never did I feel rushed or pressured despite the late hour. Thanks so much to the staff
