Honestly you jus never know how your gonna be treated at this location, sometimes they're cool...most time they're (in my opinion) disrespectful, not welcoming and tend to rush you out of there face...and this can be in-person or on the phone.

There was this older black lady who works there that wears glasses who thought I was a thief because I asked for her help for a product that requires a key to purchase. She told me that the store is overrun with theft and gave me a tirade about how she hates the store and the customers. Probably the worst customer experience I ever witnessed in my 42 years on this earth. People like her make the store miserable. Never shop there again. Sorry

I have gone to Rite aid on Washington Street for over 20 yrs. The reason I continue to go to this location is because of the kindness and helpfulness of sales associates, specifically a woman named COOKIE.

Terrible customer services from the pharmacy department. Was informed my prescription would be another hour wait. However after leaving it was finished q5 minutes later. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude and laughed at me while I asked questions. I would never return to that establishment again!

The website and the store sign says they open at 8:00 everyday except Sunday I'm standing out in front of this store right now it is 8:26 a.m. and the store is not open that is absolutely unacceptable I will never shop at this location ever again

I gave Rite Aid on 38th & Market one star because I did find what I wanted and I like their selection of products. My running complaint about this store is that there is always ever only one register open even when the line is long. There's always one other employee behind the counter pretending she doesn't see this. My recent complaint happened to me last Friday: I went in found what I was looking for and proceeded to the checkout to find the cashier standing in front of the checkout counter leaning on the counter facing me. As I approached with my items she looked at me as if she was annoyed that I wanted to checkout, duh! she almost rolled her eyes as she proceeded to go behind the counter to check me out. No greeting, no nothing, just this disgust expression on her face. So I pull out my convenience card, she swiped it, swiped my items then asked me if I had a convenience card . I said isn't that what I just gave you? She acknowledged and stumbled on the "habit" excuse. She clearly was over being at work that day instead of being thankful to have a job. I always attempt to choose other stores before I go to this one and it's walkable distance from my house, but they are so slow and seemingly so unconcerned that people actually have somewhere to go that it just doesn't seem all that convenient to me.

Past 3 times have been horrible! The employees and manager have worst attitudes like they are too good to actually act like normal human beings. If I acted like they do at my job I would be fired!And how dare I I speak up about being treated rude. I mean not my fault you gate the world.

SMH Has me waiting 2 hours for something they told me to come back 15min for. Such a terrible place to get scrips filled or get anything type of medication from. The lady with the scarf is so rude and unprofessional.
