God forbid you need to speak to someone in the pharmacy. These people hardly ever answer and when you leave a message, they never call you back. My mom's Dr., her nurse, and myself have been calling all hours of the day, everyday for the past 7 days and I was the only one that was able to finally talk to someone 1 time. My mom will be changing pharmacies after 20+ yrs

This Rite Aid would get 5 stars but they never answer their phone it’s crazy how you have to drive alway there to ask questions that may come up no Rite Aid I called ever answer their phone they need to stop that 😠

Can't believe that I'm just getting around to a review of this place considering how long we've been coming here.
Noticing that a lot of Rite Aids have been closing, but glad that this one hasn't. This one is just a few storefronts away from the wife's job and it feels like there's something for me every other day. I have bipolar disorder and am currently on 13 different meds to help manage both that and some of the side effects from other meds I'm taking. Hate to say it, but big Pharma loves to see us coming each month. Bad thing is that we're in there so much that they have my birthdate memorized and when they see the wife coming in, they already have my meds on the counter. They also do things like dispensing flu shots which is helpful and auto med refills. Thank you!
The counter help is always pleasant and you're greeted when you enter and exit. While I grow weary of taking so many pills per day, it's nice to have people waiting on you who take good care of you.

Terrible attention and service, I needed a medication that was sent by an electronic prescription, I arrived at 6:15 they were dispatching clients and selling and when I indicated what I needed according to the doctor's instructions to pick up the medication they told me that they cannot serve me because it was The pharmacy closed, however I claimed that they were open, selling and also that for a damn medicine the issue, the client and the case must be taken into account. In the end, if my life had depended on that medicine, I would die.
I will only pick it up if they really deliver it the next day and I will ask for another pharmacy because the experience was fatal. They were very empathetic, especially the supervisor, although the cashier asked and received a no.

Pharmacy techs here are rude and unfriendly. Also, they do the bare minimum for their customers they’re just there for a paycheck. Being under staffed is one thing and yes it can be stressful and overwhelming but that’s no excuse for their behavior!

I have been a customer at the Rite Aid on S. Maryland Ave. for the last 10 years and have received nothing short of excellence in service! Thank you to all of the kind/caring/knowledgeable pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and front of store staff for your support with every visit! Today was an especially difficult health day that was quickly made better through the care and attention of the pharmacy team - a kindness I will never forget. This pharmacy should have no stars. Poor management and very unprofessional staff. Rude and obnoxious. Except for the blonde lady that works there. The rest of the staff dress inappropriately, always on their personal phones and no communication or customer service ability whatsoever

I've been going to Rite Aid on Maryland Ave for about 9 years now a very clean and put together store employees are very sweet Chris the pharmacist the old pharmacist Joe he had left a while back but we have a nice new crew that we've had for a while in the pharmacy Department that are always so helpful and respectful never make you feel uncomfortable always have your medicines ready or there to answer any questions without hesitation. The store have great workers there is Miss Clarice my husband Louie and I always want to first name basis with all the workers in the pharmacy in the store Department of Rite Aid on Maryland Ave they always have a great section on clearance for Holiday decor summer equipment barbecue equipment they have everything from vitamins kids toys and they always have great deals I give them 10 Stars.

My experience today visiting Rite aid was pleasant the cashier was very nice and greeted me as I entered the store the place was very clean and fully stocked. Good store depending on what pharmacist you get if you get the woman she's extremely friendly if you get the guy he can be a little offputting compared to the other writing needs I visited when I had to get my first booster my old Rite aid they were very accommodating they didn't send me to the website but this pharmacist did didn't try to engage or anything not a people person
