Now Rite Pharmacy is the worst No Respect for Customers try to find a number to do a complaint and it keeps directing to everything else i try calling in ma son prescription which from my understanding it was under auto refill so i called today to have it refilled. The lady said it was to early i had to wait r days before which is confusing me cause every time its a different story one more it can be 7days then 5 days then 3 days so she said call back Thursday with a attitude No i never said i was trying to pick it up one minute yall tell me call it in advance so yall can have it in stock but my prescription is supposed to be auto filled so really i shouldn't have to do any of this and i stated you want me to call back Thursday so u can refill my prescription well Thursday when i call u will say u have to order the medicine If u not sure just say u not sure don't give me a round cause. You send me texts the medicine ready but when i get there showing u my text it's always a computer error so i asked the woman by any chance if i could have her name so when i call Thursday and they give me run around i can say you told me this which is the professional way to handle things she stated you don't need to know my name and hung up in my ear Which was very rude and unprofessional at the end of the day and rite aid pharmacy that is how u teach ypur employees to talk is sad but i'm going make my store be heard cause i'm going to make it my business to get the rite number for corporate and find out the employees name today i didn't have time to stop down there cause i was working in Philadelphia but trust me yall need training in customer service and professionalism It's always a problem with the pharmacy techs here but I'm move my prescription up on Marsh Rd where u are respected and valued as a customer if i could give no stars i would always the same rudeness every month

The pharmacist was typing really hard when I was on the phone. To point where she couldn't hear me and hung up on me.

Typical pharmacy. Friendly pharmacists. Everything else, as far as groceries, greeting cards, etc way over-priced!

My Aunt who is 80 years you'd had difficulty using the Western Union machine and guess what no one there would help her I was a Manager at Rite aid some years ago and I would've never let that happen unbelievable I am pissed
