I was able to be evaluated within 48 hours for my injury injury. Doctor and staff were fantastic. Waiting room was empty every time i went which was weekly due to my injuries , no one wants to wait for an appointment or be crowded after an injury , this was my first time at st francis for at the ER and wound care -

Excellent experience at the emergency department. It’s an older facility and I was a bit concerned, but they treatment and efficiency were awesome. Wait time in the emergency room was brief. I have been to the ER twice in 4 months. The first time was for shortness of breath and the second for stitches. Both visits were very good. The wait time wasn’t long and the staff was very nice and helpful. Very efficient and professional.
