great bank, my wife has an account here and they are great to her! they know her on the phone and when she walks in she is greeted BY HER NAME! even the head teller knows her and she might go in the bank every couple mos. or so! im going to be switching banks this month!

Awful bank customer service is none existent. Hold times are over 2 hours only 1 branch in Delaware if your thinking of opening an account with them run!

Went into he Wilmington DE branch on Market St location this morning, 05/15/2022... maybe up your security a little bit? I go in to use the ATM, card required access to the ATM, and there is a guy laying on the floor watching a movie on his phone. I really feel safe getting money out of the ATM with a complete stranger there just watching my every move. Not a good look.

I moved by business accounts here not long after my husband ans I moved out person accounts. They staff is amazing and know us both my name. They take care of any questions or issues we have promptly and always return calls or emails.I couldn’t recommend a better bank! Ans if you go Ask for Tim!!! He’s the BEST!As far as cons go - The parking is the ONLY inconvenient thing about this place!

If this bank gave me a free account I would never take it!! Speaking specifically about the Wilmington Branch. I'd been witnessed to disrespectful customer service( calling checks fraud, telling customers to clean out their ears, and no one available at the branch to discuss complaints) system shut downs that lasted over a week and last but definitely not least A branch Manager by the name of Levi who decided that he would get back at a customer who complained about him by putting a hold on the customers account twice , once after it was reversed, decided to close the account on his own and sent a live check that was not requested, that was either cashed or never sent per the customers email alerting them to transactions they didnt authorize and then still doing illegal things with the persons account. The customer still does not have access to his money and this matter started over 2 weeks agoDuring these uncertain times where families are struggling to pay bills, making employment checks stretch in case money stops coming in and a whole lot of other disruptions in life due to covid nobody should have to worry about not being able to access money that is theirs and definitely not by the hands of an vindictive employee who will probably still be employed to disrupt peoples lives dbdn after numerous complaints. This branch need to give their customers their money and then SHUT DOWN!!! There will be more questions asked to current account holders and if this behavior is frequent then we will boycott Santander and see if we can get this branch shut down!!!!

if it wasn't for tim treating me with respect and as a valued customer when he was working i would have left the branch several times. they sit and gossip all day in front of customers dont do much work it seems or at least passes the buck to tim and its just the most unprofessional experience i've ever had. i worked at several banks in my 35 yr career in fact its where i got my start in finance. the manage and head teller are nasty and catty. the online banking is no better. i hit my limit and will be banking elsewhere as of tomorrow morning. i dont need them they need customers they arent doing anything special for me i cant get elsewhere. kicking rocks towards the bad taste in my mouth hoping one hits them and they stop gossiping in front of customers. theres only one star in that branch and its tim i have to pick up my license i left behind anyways. tim your the only star as i said which is why it got 1 star thats you. you know i was done the day you talked me into finishing opening my business acct. i should have listened to my gut. your co workers chased me away with bad service not put me out so dont try to save face i left closing my accounts not my accounts were closed or in bad standing because the day i opened a new one i should have stopped like my gut told me to like i said what manager tells a customer to come back to open a new account because they wanted to continue being catty. i wouldnt be surprised if he even knew how but because of race hes your boss because he shouldnt be you do all the work.

I give everyone in the branch 5 stars except Carly. She is the most unpleasant person to have working as a teller. Every time I deal with her it ALWAYS seems like she has a new rule that I must follow since the day before, but no one else does the things she does to me other than her. And I feel like its totally done on purpose but I don't even know why. After my experience today she made a point to call where I work and tell my husband (who is also my boss) that we cant come there anymore!!! So guess what I'm contacting corporate because I didn't even do anything wrong

Everytime I call to pay my auto loan there is always some type of problem. Every month they are telling me I am behind && owe more then what I really owe. The customer service is terrible. I would never recommend them.
