I do not leave a lot of reviews, but I had to in this instance. I had an issue that occurred that required needing a manager at this Save A Lot that was beyond what is normally needed or required of a management person, and I cannot thank Rafael enough for going way above and beyond what he needed to do to help me. Thank you so much, and I hope his company understands what an asset he is to them. Thanks again.

Today around 1:15
an employee with red beads verbally attacked my elderly father. Screaming at him about checking out his water? What’s the issue? My father said relax and the guy said I’m not playing. Handle your employees!
