After having a motor vehicle accident in Delaware and being a resident of Pennsylvania, I knew I needed an attorney to help deal with both my insurance and the other at fault driver insurance company. ⚠️ Good luck getting a call!This place has horrible communication will give you the run around & waste your valuable time.I called and left a message with a lady for Earvin Ewell. My message must have gotten lost. After waiting for 1-2 weeks, i called again and spoke to Earvin Ewell, who set up the consultation appointment for me on 12/4/23 at 2 pm. Day of appointment 12/4 at 2 pm no one calls me, so after waiting 15 minutes, I called their office and finally spoke with attorney, Mr. Kenneth Young, who kept repeating the same questions like he was doing something more important and not focused on our conversation, then said he would call me back and never did! Attorney Mr. Kenneth Youngs paralegal called and spoke to me a week later and said she would call me back and guess what....NEVER DID!

Our daughter was involved in an accident in DE. We were really in need of sound advice. Between the car insurance companies, medical providers and what her rights are in a different state we were completely confused and out of our comfort zone.
