I have been with Seven Shipping for about 3 years now, they have helped me receive hundreds of packages and I have NEVER had any issues with them. They are always willing to go above and beyond for customers. Thank you Odalis, Rosy and Priscilla for always looking out for us, you guys are the BEST!!!!!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Seven Shipping service. The staff is friendly, capable and efficient. It is always a pleasure for me to walk through their door. On a rare occasion I’ve had a package misplaced which their promptly found and shipped to me at no cost. Please keep in mind that this is a warehouse operation which runs efficiently. I have also had deliveries that were left at their door (front & back) after hours and the staff has taken time out of their personal schedule to assist me on recovery of the package or assisting in getting my money back. Anyone using this service would be satisfied.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! If you want your mail to get lost and get mailed to a random address other than yours, hire them. I’ve been dealing with them for over a year now in conjunction with ipostal1 service. I lost a check that was sent by them to my address and never received it. Their excuse was that they don’t have a tracking number for the shipment. Last month a package was delivered by UPS by never scanned in my mailbox. I then realized that they forwarded the package to someone else who happened to have “the same last name” what they told me!! I’m still struggling to recover this package from them and once I do, I’ll absolutely terminate my contract with them for good.

Great place to collect your mail. The neighborhood is not great, it is Wilmington after all. But it is easy to get to and the staff is great, they go the extra mile to help.

I have been using Seven Shipping in conjunction with their ipostal1 service and my experience has been horrendous. Mail shows up on my online account many days after it is received (in one instance, a week later). Forwarding requests are seldom fulfilled within 1-2 days, unless I call and specifically request it. And the method of service selected on forwarding requests is not respected. For all these reasons, service has been extremely unreliable. Sadly, I have had similar problems with another Delaware location I used with ipostal1 before.
