As the primary grocery shopper of this household, I found this Brandywine ShopRite visit to be a pleasant experience. Minus some pedestrian crosswalk confusion and an awkward checkout experience (completely my fault), I look forward to getting to know this location better. Clean aisles, helpful staff, and an interesting store layout should make future shopping trips exciting.

The closest one to my house for those quick in-between stock ups. They have everything I shop for besides the little brownies and protein shakes I get from Acme. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the aisles were stocked.

This is an update on my visits to MY ShopRite on Concord pk across from the Concord Mall. Simply Love going in and getting out. Quickly Seamlessly without Drama. So today I did just that. Fair amount of customers. Grabbed exactly what I needed went to self checkout and out the door I went. My ShopRite is Amazing. They are starting to lower their prices when you compare with ACME and Giant. Aldi opened but still high prices. Thank You TO ALL the Staff at MY ShopRite Concord pk across from Concord Mall. 👍✌️&💖

The line situation is out of control. No self check out lanes open and no real cashier check out. It’s 8 at night and there should be no long lines like this. Very poorly staffed and managed and something needs to be done! Before they got rid of all the cashiers it was a nice place but now I’m one trip away from not coming back here to this location

Rude as hell and I’m sure it was my color with the attitude I received from one of the ladies at customer service counter. I don’t usually do reviews but just a FYI …. Customer service goes a long way !!!

Items are constantly mispriced to the point that I think it's done purposefully to cheat customers out of money. They also make correcting their pricing errors super inconvenient as there is always only 1 person in customer service, with a 30 minute minimum wait time. Quality of this store went downhill ever since they got rid of the registers a few years ago. Deli area smells like rotten cheese.
Go to Aldi instead, much cleaner, better prices and they're not trying to cheat you.

This has to be the most outdated Shoprite i have ever been in... The deli department is disgusting .This location shows the employees have no care in there store. Im very dissapointed I love shoprite but i would never visit this again. Then you have to go to a kiosk to load digital coupons? i love there tuna sandwiches and there was bone. On check out you have to stand on the side of the cashier and damn if i didnt get the worst dressed slug cashier... Seriously shop rite come to this store....

I've been going here since I was younger. The selection of food is always a wide range, whether it be from meats to baked goods or even their deli section. The only thing that I took away a star for is the checkout system. Usually only a couple of cashiers are working at a time and the lines are pretty long.

Put the check out back as it used to be. Shoving the customer into the cashier is uncomfortable and unsafe. You changed all your stores to self check out and it didn't work out, change them back. I usually don't shop at Shop Rite and today reminded me why. Also, some of the rudest employees today. The Kenny family needs to make some changes!
