Just unbelievable they hire people who are so old that dont have enough dexterity to hold clippers. The so called stylist used a hard gel on my son’s hair before the haircut. I can imagine the pain my son had to endure during the process. Horrible experience and totally unprofessional.

Horrible. Hair was uneven and he took off about an inch more than he said. Jordan should not be cutting anyone's hair unless it's a buzzcut. Will try to get my money back tomorrow.

This was my first time here and I was told you get your hair washed for free the first visit. That is not accurate. I was told it would cost $5 extra although I did see something pop up on the register when I was checking out that it was included but I didn't get it. Also, the woman who cut my hair didn't trim my sideburns or my neck. I had to go home and finish the job in several places. I picked this location because of the high reviews but they don't seem accurate. I did see the guy that someone mentioned cutting someone's hair and it looked bad too. It all seemed rushed.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Ask the guy to give my son a low fade without taking too much hair off. And he proceeded to give him a high "fade" (that's in quotes because because it's barely a fade) and took about 5 inches of hair. Do not get your haircut by the guy there. Complete trash at cutting hair.

Don't get a hair cut from guy. He doesn't listen to what you asked for and decides to give you shortest hair cut.

I’ve been going to the Sports Clips in Newark for over a year. I just started a new job near the Pike Creek location. I Used the app to check in while I was at work. It Said the wait was 57 minutes. No problem, I work less than 5 minutes from sports Clips. I received a text that it would be 15 minutes. No problem, my office is across the street. I Showed up and the board said 2 minutes, then on deck, then the board switched back to 2 minutes. That was 15 minutes ago. I’m on my lunch break so I had to walk out due to the inaccurate wait time. No disrespect to the women working there because I doubt this is their fault and more of a technological problem. I’m a busy professional and I’m relying on your app to be efficient with my time.

Miss Victoria cut my 2 year old son's hair recently and did a fantastic job. She was friendly and patient - but also worked very quickly. I've taken my son to sports clips several times to the People's Plaza location but this was our first time in Pike Creek. Both locations have provided great service.
