The clerk assisting us gave valuable insight into the Rewards program and aided us in the signup. Additionally gave us the reductions on our purchase from the submission of previous cartridges. All done with a very pleasant demeanor.

Super slow. The staff is never available even when barely anyone is in the store. This has happened to me on multiple occasions at this store during different times of the day. Disappointed and frustrated.

It was a Saturday 12/21/2024, I was waiting at the door 8:55 am they open at 9:00. Two ladies came around 9:01 am and as they were going into the store they said give us a minute. At 9:09 am one of the ladies came to the door and said they need another fifties before opening the store. It was freezing out and about thirteen people were waiting. I left and I will never go to a Staples again.

I have been coming to this Staples daily for a few years now. I see there's alot of turnovers and always new employees and I give everyone grace always. But I would like to give a special shout out to Angelise Merced and Aaliyah Torres for their patience with some nasty customers I've seen them have to deal with and for always working so hard. You ladies are appreciated
