I've used this location countless times and always had good experiences and received quality production until last week. And even then, this negative review is entirely because of Chris, a manager in the printing department.
Long story short, I placed an online order via Staples last Thursday and had it delivered to a client in the area. Upon arrival, it was discovered the order was completely wrong. It was all double-sided and had a bunch of blank pages in the middle of the stack when it was supposed to be 64 single-sided pages. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. Staples was closed by that point so reordered elsewhere with rushed delivery.
I called the next morning to explain what happened and was put on the phone with Chris. He immediately told me I needed to go through Instacart because they delivered the order. He told me I needed the Instacart receipt. I told him all communication I had was through Staples because I placed the order with Staples and at no point used Instacart. He insisted I had "lost" the Instacart receipt in my email and I needed to find it and go to Instacart for help. I gave him the Staples order number, but he said he can't do anything to help me without me coming to the store. I said I don't live in the area, but I'll come in sometime next week and he said "OK, but I won't be able to help you if you don't find that Instacart receipt." After 15 minutes of back and forth, I pointed out that the thing that bothered me most was that at no point in 15 minutes did he offer any type of apology for messing up the order or for the inconvenience. He paused and then said "Do you want me to say I'm sorry now? Will that make you feel all better?" At that point, I told him he was "an absolute jerk and the most unprofessional person I've dealt with" and he responded "Honestly, I've just been looking for a way to get off the phone the last 10 minutes."
So I went into the store a few days later and Steve (store manager) was incredibly helpful and apologetic. He also didn't seem surprised at all when I told him about my experience and who it was with. Chris eventually came over to help with the refund and literally started the conversation with "You find that Instacart receipt yet?" Well, little did he know, I had talked to both Instacart and Staples HQ about the process and they both confirmed that Instacart does NOT send any receipts or documentations when the order is placed via Staples. They only send receipts when the order is placed on Instacart directly. Instacart had no part in the process and their only communication is with Staples as a third-party. When I explained that to Chris, instead of acknowledging his mistake or apologizing, he pivoted to "Well, I pulled your order info and we got it right. You ordered single-sided." He said that with my order sitting directly in front of him, so I picked it up and showed him that everything was DOUBLE sided. If he had taken even one second to look at it, he'd know it was wrong, but he was so focused on telling me all the ways I was wrong. At that point, he didn't say another word until he finished processing then refund, then had the audacity to say "And I believe you wanted an apology, so I'm sorry for the confusion."
I will never place another print order at this particular location because of Chris. Messing up the order was one thing, but the way he handled it, took zero accountability and became extremely rude was enough for me to not go back. Steve was very friendly and accountable, and I appreciated his assistance.

I was trying to print something off my phone and the email I got said it could not be processed. I asked the lady who works there if she could help me and she said she was busy and would not be able to help me for a while. The white lady behind me in line asked the same employee for help right after I did and she got helped immediately. I then told the lady “so you couldn’t help me huh” and in return I got told deal with it myself and left alone again with no help what so ever. I am a Hispanic man this was extremely rude.

Update: they lost a star. They simply are not up for the workload that comes here to use the copy and print center. Always a line and it's laughable that the only other person to come over was restocking shelves and not helping with the line. Unbelievable. A manager came over and didn't help either.
There's always a line at the print counter and never enough people working there. Also, the men's room is one of the wonders of the world.

I had a wonderful experience recently using the printing services for flyers for a recent event I hosted. I had an immediate printing need and was able to obtain the flyers I needed. The service associate in the Printing area was very helpful to me and assisted when I experienced issues with the copier. I received excellent customer service and the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would return to this location in the future.

Customer service at the store (print center ) is egregious. I would have given zero stars except for the one person who works in the copy center. The older guy with the ponytail was very nice. I’ve been to the store several times to send packages back through Amazon and UPS and the younger person who works the counter ,who looks like a reject Kid from the 90’s rap group (Kid n Play) , is rude and has an attitude at all times. I hate when he waits on me, however I’m used to the attitude, but today was enough. An older woman came into the store. & didn’t know how to fax. He was extremely short and rude ( his norm ) with his explanation and sent her away. One of the customers at a self service machine stopped her and showed her how to use the machine, I don’t get it shouldn’t Customer Service still be a thing these days? Please give this dude some CS training or a pink slip..

Did an Online purchase and in-store pickup without any issues. Staff was cheerful and pleasant. parking stalls are a little narrow

Did the mailbox service. Days or weeks after they wanted some sort of extra form they didn't mention. In the meantime I was waiting for critical mail. Finally I spoke with two people here including a manager. They told me the mail never arrived. I specifically asked if it had been sent back. They said no, they wouldn't do that regardless of the form issue, and they would let me know when it arrived. I never heard back. Contacted them two more times and never heard back. In the meantime I was trying to get tin touch with the sender to confirm it had in fact been sent here. Finally the sender called me back and said it was sent here but refused and returned. The mail was MIA for a month. F this place.

I had to get some quick copies for a business client. Color prints and a heavier grade paper that could withstand a binder tug and pull. Trenah was attentive and responsive. I love great customer service and make it a point to acknowledge it every time. Thanks Trenah!

I needed business cards asap thought I could get fast service from a company known for business services, not true the staff in the print services area are I found to be disingenuous and unprofessional I will never enter that business again for any reason ,I’d rather drive miles out of my way to get what I need , I’m prepared to take a Loss on my fee just to move on . Don’t bother yourself for services not rendered
