Did the mailbox service. Days or weeks after they wanted some sort of extra form they didn't mention. In the meantime I was waiting for critical mail. Finally I spoke with two people here including a manager. They told me the mail never arrived. I specifically asked if it had been sent back. They said no, they wouldn't do that regardless of the form issue, and they would let me know when it arrived. I never heard back. Contacted them two more times and never heard back. In the meantime I was trying to get tin touch with the sender to confirm it had in fact been sent here. Finally the sender called me back and said it was sent here but refused and returned. The mail was MIA for a month. F this place.

I had to get some quick copies for a business client. Color prints and a heavier grade paper that could withstand a binder tug and pull. Trenah was attentive and responsive. I love great customer service and make it a point to acknowledge it every time. Thanks Trenah!

I needed business cards asap thought I could get fast service from a company known for business services, not true the staff in the print services area are I found to be disingenuous and unprofessional I will never enter that business again for any reason ,I’d rather drive miles out of my way to get what I need , I’m prepared to take a Loss on my fee just to move on . Don’t bother yourself for services not rendered

Was there for 20 minutes to buy a printer.. was told twice by two different employees that someone would be over to help me… no ever showed up. So I just walked out, and no the store was not busy at all. Very disappointed with my experience at this location.

I ordered notary stamp March 6th and was told that I will received it in 10 working days and today is 25th working days and still WAITING and whenever I called to asked for update and they don't see it, automatic response was it was already picked up, and whoever took my order, took all my information didn't do it right or something.

The Wilmington, DE Staples was extremely average. While they did have a few of the cables I was looking for, they were overpriced. For the 6 foot hdmi cable, they only had their super expensive model, selling for about $20; FiveBelow, sitting nextdoor, had an equivalent model for $5. So, while you might be able find what you want, it may also be 3x what you should pay for it. Lesson learned, use Staples for staples.

Extremely Overpriced and Poor customer service! They were charging $100.00 for a small school book bag asked employee why the particular bag was so high and got yelled at by rude male employee that he does not set the prices. Won’t return to this location!

Did an online order for blueprints to be printed in color and laminated.Received the email that the order was ready to be picked up.Upon arrival at the store, the sheets were not laminated and were black and white.Was told by the person at the print services desk it would be 30 minutes. Came back 35 minutes later and still were not done and told another 10 minutes.They never corrected the fact that they weren't in color. Never received an apology for the inconvenience no offer of a store credit or anything.Overall, lousy customer service!
