Stephen's Jewelers did a phenomenal job with my partner's engagement ring – we are both over the moon! Nancy was wonderful to work with and provided me with so much helpful insight and advice throughout the process. Both Nancy and Steve worked with me to achieve a custom setting that was structurally complex and knocked it out of the park, to say the least! They made sure to honor my deadline and actually finished the ring one week early! This is an establishment where you can truly feel how much Nancy and Steve care about their customers and how proud of and excited they are about their work. I highly recommend Stephen's Jewelers.

I don't think I have ever bought jewelry from here, but I take all of my jewelry there to be worked on. They are the BEST! So professional and trustworthy. I have had old pieces from my grandmother fixed and they did such a nice job. They know what they are talking about and if you have a complicated piece that needs fixing - they will work thru it. I moved out of the area a few years ago and I come back just to bring my items here for adjusting or customizing.

Could not have a better experience having a custom setting made. Nancy was so helpful and patient. Steve made exactly how it would look and now with my mom passing Steven's Jewelers made a heirloom and will be a part of my family's history.

My fiancé and I absolutely love this jeweler! He got my engagement ring here and they did SUCH a beautiful job. He then brought his best friend here to get a ring for his girlfriend--another beautiful job. Now we have been looking at wedding bands and I've gotten to experience how amazing these people are and the talented work they do. They have sat with me on several occasions to work through different ideas and have made me feel so welcome. We will never buy jewelry from anywhere else!!!!

Sorry that there only 5 stars, we'd give them 10 stars. You'll see why in the story I'm about to share for custom jewelry Stephen's made for us.We lost our grandson last July in a tragic car accident. For Mother's Day my wife wanted to have two medallions custom made that included the words "Love, Colin" written in cursive. One was for my wife the other for our daughter who lost her son. The "Love, Colin" was in Colin's own handwriting.There's a whole story about the cursive as compared to printing his name on a card he gave to his Gram last Mother's Day.We went to Stephen's in early April to pick out and order the medallions. They had to send them to a special engraver who could duplicate the exact way Colin wrote "Love, Colin."We got a call Tuesday before Mother's Day telling us the medallions were ready to be picked up. We went to pick them up the next day and the medallions only had the name Colin engraved. The Love, was missing. We are not placing any blame here.We asked if we could start over as it was critical the "Love, Colin" be on each of the medallions. We thought "Oh well, we'll give the medallion to our daughter for her birthday as we were expecting it would take a few weeks to get the medallions.Two days later we got a call from Stephen's telling us the medallions were ready for pick up. Here's what happened. That Wednesday Stephen recast the medallions and FedEx'd them to the engraver. The engraver engraved the medallions with "Love, Colin" and FedEx'd back to Stephen's that Thursday might.I can't tell you the tears of joy it brought to my wife. Now you can see why we'd rate Stephen's 10 stars.

They were able to make the intimidating process of engagement and wedding band shopping so very easy, including the design of a custom wedding band that my wife put together with their assistance. I can't recommend these folks enough. Their insight is individualized for each of their clients - something that can't be said for those nationwide chain jewelry stores! The folks at Stephen’s Jewelers were so kind throughout the whole process of me designing and creating my fiancé’s custom engagement ring. I live pretty far away and Nancy did her best to accommodate my time and schedule. She was very understanding of my timeline and the team did their best to meet my short time frame.Nancy perfectly translated my vision to Stephen who executed the design so beautifully.
