When I called to see if they were taking new patients here, explaining that my father just died and my mother is really struggling with her health in her grief, the receptionist replied, "No." Not a word of condolence, no effort, nothing. I guess I was taking up too much of her time.

Nice building, easy to navigate with lots of parking options. Inside space was great, nice art work and clean restrooms.

For years I have been annoyed by the dismissive and unresponsive nature of this practice, including the difficulty of getting anyone in the phone, the calls not returned, the failure of my practitioner to answer my questions. Another friend recommended a different physician within Stoney Batter, but when I called to ask about changing to this recommended person, I was told it wasn’t allowed. A few days later I received a letter stating I was being dropped from the practice and that I had 30 days to find a new doctor’s office. Fine - I already signed up with someone else, who at least answers their phones and returns calls. Already a step up - bye, Felicia.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years. It depends which provider you see to determine the outcome of your visit. I've never had a problem here.

Been going there for 30 years ... complained about a nurse practitioner and they let me go... wouldn't you complain if she canceled on you 3 times

This doctors office has always been great. I have never had a hard time getting in with my doctor or one of the NP's. When I call I may have to wait for a minute or two but they usually don't put me on hold. The front desk staff has been much better and so pleasant since they got a new front desk manager a few years ago. Keep up the great work!

The front desk is horrible towards their patients. I have gone to this Dr's office since 2011 and the service has only gotten worse. You immediately get put on hold for a minimum of 20 min. They show no sympathy or willingness to work with their patients. We will be changing Dr's immediately, look somewhere else for healthcare because this Dr's office will not treat you well

I had a doctor in this Practice who I liked very much. I had been seeing Julie Prosseda M.D. for a few years. I had a scheduled appt. in Feb of 22. I was not sure when, so I called and left a few mesages. Missed my appt and got billed for $40. When I called, the front desk person would not listen and was trying to make an appt for me. I asked her to just listen and her tone changed. She said she was not the billing dept. When she called me back a week later she said there was no record of me ever calling. Then asked if I wanted an appt. I tried to ask for the doctor to speak to and she told me she suggests I find another doctor. A week later I got a letter stating Dr. Julie was no longer my doctor! And there was never any follow-up from Dr. Julie to me. Now my blood pressure medicine is not being filled by my pharmacy and I am having issues finding a family doctor.

So sad to have to give a bad review to a family practice that we have been a part of since our children were toddlers--over 25 years now! Because we haven't had any health issues in over 3 years we are no longer able to see any doctor in the practice (the nurse we usually see, who we loved, has retired). They did not give us the curtesy of letting us know she had retired and when we asked to be reassigned to another doctor they said they would check and get back to us in a few days. Almost two weeks later I called them and they said, nope sorry, no room for you. too bad.

My Doctor, Robert Callahan, recently joined this practice. I was pleased with how pleasant the front desk staff was and how promptly they address my concerns. Very happy with this practice so far. I have been with Dr. Callahan for years, and he is great! He listens, is proactive and is knowledgeable.

I find it fascinating that this place went and deleted all of their negative reviews. One of them was mine, so I'm dutifully restoring it. When I went there I found that my doctor was great, but the office was not. They're nice when you're there, and the nurses were lovely, but trying to get someone on the phone and get things done on the phone is frustrating - you get put on hold immediately, and you get kept there. Minimum wait each time I called was 5-10 minutes on hold. Sometimes you get through and they dump you into voicemail. Sometimes you get off hold only to be put on hold again.I'd never encountered quite the same level of disregard over the phone as I experienced at this place.

This physician should be ashamed of himself. Not only does he show poor clinical judgment he gives HORENDOUS advice to very sick patients. I don't know where he trained or what his experience is but I would never recommend him

Dr Julie Prosseda is not a pro active doctor. She is a reactive doctor. I went in for an appointment and showed her some of my concerns and her comment, "you cannot be perfect". I called the office Manager of this office and he NEVER got back to me after promising that he was going to call me back when I asked to switch doctors. Unfortunately the feeling when I was serviced by Dr. Prosseda, was get in, get out and move on. She was not there to help when your healthy and trying to do preventative medicine, her philosophy is about reactive medicine, which is a shame because the other staff members I like, but they will not let me switch doctors. I had to move to another practice. Customer service does not exist anymore!!!
