I stopped by the bank to ask about the kids’ savings account they’re offering for the April promotion, and Paula was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t have time to stay and open the account, but she still took the time to answer all my questions clearly and thoroughly. She was also very friendly and approachable, which made the experience really pleasant. I truly appreciated her help and look forward to returning when I have more time.

Exceptional service! I needed to clear up an old acct and get a letter stating that the account had been satisfied. Paula was super friendly and kind and took me right in and we cleared the acct. Yvonne was the manager and welcomed me to her office, and drew up the letter I needed to clear the issue. What I love about these women is the fact that they listened to me and my problem and they were sincere in wanting to help me. I don't find this much anymore and it was so refreshing to experience. Thank you so much Paula and Yvonne. You both are the best!!

I have a loan with them. My registration sticker was stolen from my tag. Had to go to DMV to get re-registered. DMV required a copy of the title.
I faxed the form to their bank in DE. They NEVER responded and sent back to DMV so I can proceed with the process. Causing me more stress and money.
I’ve never missed a payment. I cannot wait to end this loan so I can move on to a more reputable business.

Do not do any business with this FCU. Talked to many individuals and they would not provide me with my account information although I went thru a verification process. Tried to edit my payment account info. Unbelievably it could not happen unless I visit a branch office. You would think they wanted you to honor and pay your car loan. I will never do business with them again.

I love my local credit union branch. Everyone is friendly & professional. They protected us during the rona, were professional when others were hostile or horribly obnoxious. Just the best! I don't get direct deposit because I prefer in-person banking & also because my Sun East branch is so well run. I'm so glad I qualify for credit union services, everyone should use a CU if they can. Almost all of them are way way WAY better than Big Banking.

Not bad if you want to put money into their hands, flat out terrible if you want to borrow some money from them. More questions, documentation, and the type of hoops you would expect to jump through if you were unknown, NOT a 10+ year member in good standing, with tons of $ already invested with them.40 some years of FCU membership in 5 states and never felt so "un member appreciated". I am sure there are better choices out there and I intend to find one.

They are very friendly. they gave me a great rate on my auto loan. I use them for my business and you can download the last 18 months of your transactions into Excel and a lot of banks don't have that . I highly recommend something East Federal Credit UnionI just closed my Bank of America account to switch entirely over to them

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star . If you encounter any financial issue they will not help you in any way. Wilmington branch is so unprofessional looking. Why I had to talk to a gentleman wearing vans sweat pants and sweet shirt and mumbling like he had no clue pretty sad in hard times they just can't help

If you have a problem they tell you to stay on hold for indefinite amount of time when they do call you you better be ready to answer the phone because if you don't get that phone call you will have to start the process all over again this is the worst customer service from any company I've ever dealt with in my entire life
