I love my local credit union branch. Everyone is friendly & professional. They protected us during the rona, were professional when others were hostile or horribly obnoxious. Just the best! I don't get direct deposit because I prefer in-person banking & also because my Sun East branch is so well run. I'm so glad I qualify for credit union services, everyone should use a CU if they can. Almost all of them are way way WAY better than Big Banking.

Not bad if you want to put money into their hands, flat out terrible if you want to borrow some money from them. More questions, documentation, and the type of hoops you would expect to jump through if you were unknown, NOT a 10+ year member in good standing, with tons of $ already invested with them.40 some years of FCU membership in 5 states and never felt so "un member appreciated". I am sure there are better choices out there and I intend to find one.

They are very friendly. they gave me a great rate on my auto loan. I use them for my business and you can download the last 18 months of your transactions into Excel and a lot of banks don't have that . I highly recommend something East Federal Credit UnionI just closed my Bank of America account to switch entirely over to them

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star . If you encounter any financial issue they will not help you in any way. Wilmington branch is so unprofessional looking. Why I had to talk to a gentleman wearing vans sweat pants and sweet shirt and mumbling like he had no clue pretty sad in hard times they just can't help

If you have a problem they tell you to stay on hold for indefinite amount of time when they do call you you better be ready to answer the phone because if you don't get that phone call you will have to start the process all over again this is the worst customer service from any company I've ever dealt with in my entire life

They must hire the cheapest cleaning people to clean their office because they are lazy they throw their trash out into the trash can on the sidewalk that is supposed to be used for customers walking by it has been reported many times and it still goes on no wonder people complain about this place

I have not had nothing but great experiences with Sun East. In fact today I had an issue with my account. But was afraid after being on hold so long that we may get disconnected. Then I would have to start the process over again. The customer service representative ensure me that she would call me, if we became disconnected. I thought that was really professional.

Marthinna & Barb D we're phenomenal!! Exactly what you want when you walk into a bank. It was like the commercial, I showed up 5-10min after they closed. Guess what? They opened the door & let me in. Thanks to these 2, I can pay my mechanic & go to work tomorrow. I'm not gonna tear up, but I want to. Thank you!!
