Today I walked in to the Nail Colorbox for a gel manicure, pedicure and waxing. Lisa took care of me and did an excellent job! The salon is clean and beautiful!

Horrible. Rushed job and they cut my finger. The lady that did my nails kept cleaning them up with a rubber glove making the paint smear. The shaping was terrible and she was annoyed when I asked her to fix it. The acrylic broke on my pointer finger 12 hours after I got them done and I $50 for this. I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t get them done over. Very disappointed

This was the second time I’ve come in here because I needed a last minute dip manicure and my normal nail tech at another salon was away.
Horrible experience. The nail technician I had was Donna and all of her nail clippers, brushes and equipment was absolutely filthy. So much build up on them and looked like they had never been cleaned. The brush she used was hardened like a rock because of so much crusted build up.
As she was working she just took the filthy old towel that looked like it was used all day and dumped the clippings right on the floor. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen.
My nails are terrible and all different shapes. The dip color didn’t even come out clean or shiny and bubbles and speckles of what looks like dust through out them.
I still left her a $10 tip and I left feeling so much regret afterwards. I feel she should have pain me for the torture I experienced and the horrible nails I left with.

So bad. I’ve tried multiple times and the nails never stay… I went to another place and they said this is so bad and not even real gel.

When booking your appointment for your manicure/pedicure times is rushed even would you spend additional money for spa treatments Service is rushed, not good with clean tills in between customers language barrier when errors are made Poor customer service just about the money and not about providing great service I’ve never been told in my life that they don’t have enough time to do your nails after a pedicure when the appointment was booked for both services. This satisfied customer will not refer this location.

My mom and I used to come here when it was TD nails for years and the service was great. I am back home in de visiting my mom and she took me to get a full set of acrylics. Donna gave me the worst set of acrylics I have ever had. Every nail different shape, she was rude to me when I told her I didn’t like it, she threw my hands back at me. She made me feel stupid even though my nails were lumpy and gross. Every nail tech in the store came to look at the terrible job she did. The owner offered to fix them and then had someone else fix them but honestly I needed a whole new set. The nail tech that fixed them did okay. She basically gave me a fill to try to fix them and they look just okay. You can still see my natural nail on the sides. They are too small for my fingers because they were ground away so much. I couldn’t sit in the salon any longer. We were there hours. I have limited time seeing my mom and I didn’t want to spend a whole day at the salon. I was still charged full price for the terrible experience and the worst set I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to get back to Vegas and get these things off my hands. I feel so guilty my mom paid for this as a fun gift for coming to town.

came in at 10:15a and was told they would take me for a mani & pedicure. sat me in a chair and had me soak my feet under the pretense someone would be right over. no one acknowledged me for another 15 mins and it’s only because i told them the water was ice cold. sat another 20 mins in cold water waiting. i waited 35 minutes for the most lack luster pedicure i’ve ever gotten. no attention to detail, trimmed down my cuticle only for her to leave skin hanging off that i had to point out, polish on my skin. i actually waited longer for the service, than the pedicure itself. i stopped pointing things out and i never got the manicure because i just wanted to leave. it’s now 11:35a and im just leaving.
also, they keep up the illusion of sanitation by wearing gloves and having plastic covers, but don’t change gloves in between clients, as well as not properly removing the plastic covers.

I wish to give negative rating for my experience. I went for pedicure and service was very bad. Nails were not cleaned and when I asked them they were very rude. Not happy with the service.

I have been going here for a few years now they are the best around employees are very friendly they remember who you are when you come in they’re just awesome all around, great owner and awesome prices! I have been going here (previously T&d) nails for many many years. Have had many technicians but been with Lisa for most of them.
I can’t say enough about this place. It is very clean , the people are friendly, and I love the way my nails look. I go every two weeks.
I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new salon. They have many clients who have been going for years and years and that says a-lot to have so much loyalty
