I had such a great experience there today! Larelle and Tiffani were excellent! I had switched from Verizon and they made sure I was given the best service! They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything and explained everything as thorough as possible! I highly recommend this store!

When a employee is close to getting off his or her shift. Please don't wait on someone that needs more than one thing done because it isn't fair to the customer cuz they do not get it done properly and they end up having to come back to get something redone or something that wasn't done completely

Unfortunately my phone wasn't covered due to my own fault. Staff worked hard to keep me as a customer. Someone else was in there screaming about a similar problem. She didn't want to acknowledge her own mistake. I felt bad for the staff who had to endure her wrath. They kept it professional as she went full getto on them. Hats off for the staff. IDK if I could have if I was them.

Went in to upgrade my girlfriend’s phone. Salesperson did a “jump” instead of a trade in on a phone I owed 1 more payment on. Took the old phone and I got no credit. Went back in a few weeks later to discuss with the “manager” (who smelled like onions) and he told me to just take the loss! Totally unethical and unprofessional staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Find a different store, there are plenty

Went to this location today as we were told there were 4 Iphone 14’s in stock! Upon immediately arriving the gal asked what color as there were 2 black and 2 blue ones left. NP we’ll take the blue ones. In a few she comes out with Manager who says there not ANY left! Do not trust them just a ploy to try and sell you something else.

Great service from top to bottom. Our Rep Makefield was friendly and honest. When our phones came in and we needed data transfered from our old phones, Darren the Manager was helpful and accommodating. Great experience and saving money!

If you are looking to get a phone or anything from t mobile please go to this store. I bought phones from the Boothwyn store and the guy messed up my account. I have been talking to 14 agents on the phone until I went to this store to ask for help because nobody would go the extra mile except for the manager Josh and James Harris at this store. I didn’t even buy my phones here and they are helping me get what I originally was supposed to have. I will never go to another store again and I will highly recommend this store to everyone. Hopefully this will eventually get resolved. Thank you Josh and James for all your help. You guys are truly the best.

Will you get waited on there, but the staff is okay. They don't have a whole lot of knowledge. Nor do they direct you to someone that might have knowledge about your issue. For instance I've been experiencing malware on my devices and they just said oh we don't handle that. But they should have some information on hand to tell customers where or how they can get help such issues.

Joshua told me to switch carriers if I was having a problem with my service. He said I would get a better deal as a new customer somewhere else. I had to leave still not receiving calls and texts on 5 lines. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I guess he's right time to find a new carrier that wants customers.
