Lots of confusion here with this annex and the building it's in. The entrance used to be through the front double door but it's now the single glass door to the left of the loading dock. No signage but I'm certain that the people working here do a lot to keep the mail running in this community.

Have scheduled multiple passport application appointments for new passports and renewal and I do shipping on a regular basis. Employees are efficient and helpful all the time. I have yet to have a rude, unhelpful employee yet. Lines can be long but this is to expected for shipping.

You can drop off packages, pick up mail on hold and pick up missed deliveries. 3911 Concord Pike is where all other Postal transactions can be done.
