I really hate having to go to this branch. The employees are SO rude! It’s not my usual branch but if it’s on my way home sometimes I have to stop here and I hate it. Every occurrence is with a rude or passive employee.One time I was in the drive thru and the idiot employee accidentally sent me another customer’s money envelope, and being the honest person I am, I pushed the button and let him know and he VERY aggressively yelled “SEND IT BACK! SEND IT BACK NOW!” And I’m like “Sir, I am sending it back. I’m the one that told YOU. Relax.” I did NOT appreciate his tone, almost insinuating that I was gonna steal it.And also, on other occasions, the employees don’t greet you or even ask if there is anything else you may need. They just suck at customer service to be honest.I’d rather drive out of my way to go to the Hockessin location from now on.

The worst bank over. Their machine ate my card and their answer is wait three days until we open the machine.

Terrible customer service! Spent over 20 minutes in drive thru, was asked to re-sign the withdrawal slip, they offered no explanation. It certainly can't be fraud when I provide you my driver's license, made a relatively small withdrawal. This branch is pathetic. Should have visited my local (Hockessin) branch where I receive quick and courteous service.

Drive thru closed when it should be open. Long line & only one teller inside. You would think that management would have stepped in and resolved the problem. Terrible service

Customer service representative (Jen) she is very rude. She doesn’t have any knowledge for banking system. If customer ask anything, she becomes hyper.

Be prepared to stay and wait here forever. Only one customer is ahead of me but have been waiting for 30min already. I don’t understand why they are doing things so slowly! Plus, this lady told me that she cannot do international wire and only her colleague can do. She is helping someone who came later than me.

Employee left out $100 from a withdrawal! Went back to get the money but employees REFUSED to talk to us and left us standing outside for 20 minutes! The employee who made the mistake recognized us and gave the remaining $100 (thank you). It’s RIDICULOUS that no one could walk up a couple feet to talk to us since it was an emergency mistake on their end. PS the online representative hung up on me

This is literally the worst bank…actually the worst company in general…that I’ve ever had to deal with. Had a fraud issue and spent hours on the phone resolving the resulting overdraft fees, which where exclusively related to the fraudulent charges. The branch manager Concha at the Chadds Ford, PA branch and Mobile customer service manager Don are beyond unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend TD bank to my worst enemy, even if my life depended on it. If anyone from TD actually sees this who cares at all - your bank has some major, MAJOR issues with customer service that should really be addressed. I’ve been a loyal TD customer for a long time but never, ever again.

I was in a long line with my mom. We were all the way in the back at the end. A Spanish male teller yelled to my mom what do you want. We didn't realize he was talking to us since we were close to the entrance and there were plenty of people ahead of us. Everyone in the bank turned and looked and us my mom got an instant headache they wanted her to put out all her information so everyone could hear. My mom felt sick and uneasy because of this issue. My mom asked to speak to a manager and they said one wasn't needed so I'm assuming manager saw and heard and they don't care

I am a customer at TD Bank and I was there earlier today I waited in line for a half hour and I commented to the teller that this was ridiculous she said there were only four staff now how can a big Bank only have four people working I was disgusted and maybe I will have to change my bank

Why have a phone number listed if no one ever answers the phone. Two calls this morning, no answer. Calling because the last time I drove in to use my lock box, the lobby was closed. Not great service.
