Every time I go there for customer service, it take at least an hour. I understand rush hours but during non rush hours they don't have staff to help you out. No one cares and shows concern what you need and how long you have been waiting. No customer service at all.

I love this bank and this branch in particular. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Service is always super fast and the building is full of plants and the prettiest of banks. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Can't give one star because the tellers are always friendly. That being said I have a business account and personal checking account with this bank neither are brand new. I deposited a small check yesterday and was told it would be available the next business day. So the next day when I seen it was still unavailable I sat down with a woman by the name of Meghal to get to the bottom of this situation. She simply said the funds will clear at midnight of that same day. I found her explanation weak so I called TD customer support myself and the assured me it would be another 6 day wait! Very disappointed in all of the false hope and insincerity from the employees at this branch.

This bank branch is big and spacious. It's probably their regional headquarters. All customer services are on the ground level so if one would ever need to go upstairs. As always, the coin counting machine is free and you don't even need an account at the bank to use it.
