My experience with this store has been nothing but disgusting. I have called too many times to count, only for the phone to constantly ring, no answer, no message, no nothing. I even went to the store and found it closed. Tried again on another day and two employees had not long opened the store, complaining about the mess in the back room, how they couldn't find orders and that they were there from a Baltimore store, they also stated they didn't know if they would be there on a permanent basis, but the previous staff just shut the door and left. My order that I was supposed to pick up was nowhere to be found. Went again at 10:00 am on 1/30/24 and the door was locked, no phones answered. If you're not going to serve the public, lock the doors, close it for good and have the common courtesy to inform your customers. Also called customer service to complain and stayed on hold for over 20 mins. This is not the store to shop at. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been trying to go there to pick an order for a week now. I tried in the evening an hour before closing they were already closed. I tried in the morning at 10a when they are supposed to open, still closed. One day I tried the middle of the day around noon, still closed.

Never answer the phone and randomly close early and just put a sign on the door. Extremely frustrating when you specifically go to the store to do a pick up and no one is there. What a waste of time and effort.

Great deals and sales... Hard to find items... The sizes arent in the right spot.. and everything is bunched together... Store was ok though... Customer service was just ok... Probably wouldn't go back to this location.. but its an ok store.. they have a lot to choose from

Unprofessional and trashy. It will take you forever to find what you’re looking for because their stuff are literally on the ground and mixed up! Also they bring their own kids to the store.

The Concord Mall has opened with some stores still closed. So they have a sign on the door saying “Do not pull on the door we are not open!” So....they couldn’t find a better way to say this...? Well, let me help it’s called a ‘Closed’ sign; just put it up.

It was packed and when i went there it took 15 min to leave becuse it is so small and the phong rang every 5 sec but i could tell that they were complants,and after that trip there i decided to order online but i had a question so i did what anyone would do.when i called the number you can call to ask a question or give feedback the phone said the number was invalid so,i tried again but it said the same thing if i could give it 0 stars i would .the staff were non helping so i will not be back there again UNLESS I HAVE TO! becuase i need something.

Poor customer service. Called the customer line waited on hold multiple days for over an hour with no answer. Emailed, messaged and Facebook messaged without any response. They mailed a package without my sons shoes inside. Store employees and managers say there’s nothing they can do and there’s no customer service to speak to. I have shopped at children’s place for over 10 years and this is very bad service. I won’t be ordering online again.

My daughter & I stood in line for about 15 minutes because there was a lady in front of us with lots of clothes, coupons and multiple purchases. No big deal- we waited patiently. The cashier asked another employee to come up and help us. That employee asked us and the people behind us if we were cash or charge. She then proceeded to move us to another line and helped the people BEHIND us! I was still willing to be patient, but after another five minutes of waiting - I realized we had been waiting for 20 minutes. We left our clothes on the shelf and left. I doubt the employees cared, but this kind of thing is exactly why Childrens Place is struggling. They need to fix customer service badly.

Will be canceling my Children's place credit card and not shopping here again. Rude employees at this store and a 45 day return policy, no store credit even is absurd.

This is my first negative online review ever. As the other customers have said, customer service is extremely lacking at this particular location. A new associate tonight didn't know how to make sure my order was applied to the rewards system. So my entire order (over $130) was finished and I received no rewards. When I asked for the manager, I expected her/him to be apologetic and quickly resolve the issue. Instead, she was extremely rude and inconsiderate and made excuses for the bad service. For the record, the manager was working tonight at 6:30 pm on March 2, 2019. If this is the manager training associates, I would see why you would continue to have customer service issues. My daughter left disappointed without any of the school clothes she needed.
