PLEASE BE AWARE: This company is a cover for other shady companies that claim to be providing crypto transaction management and prey on unsuspecting people who are not aware how to conduct a simple research. They are not licensed in the states to be able to carry out investment advisory services. That is a highly regulated industry that requires several publicly available registrations/licensing before anyone can carry on a business on their behalf. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST.

For the LIFE of me, I cannot get their stupid spamming emails to stop coming to me. I get multiple a day. There is a different company listed every time, so even if you unsubscribe, it’ll just come from another “company”. They are spammy and annoying.

A building that has become famous for helping tens of thousands of companies avoid hundreds of millions of dollars in tax through the so-called “Delaware loophole”.This squat, yellow brick office building just north of Wilmington’s rundown downtown is the registered address of more than 285,000 companies. That’s more than any other known address in the world, and 15 times more than the 18,000 registered in Ugland House, a five-storey building in the Cayman Islands that Barack Obama called “either the biggest building in the world, or the biggest tax scam on record”.Officially, 1209 North Orange is home to Apple, American Airlines, Coca-Cola, Walmart and dozens of other companies in the Fortune 500 list of America’s biggest companies. Being registered in Delaware lets companies take advantage of strict corporate secrecy rules, business-friendly courts and the “Delaware loophole”, which can allow companies to legally shift earnings from other states to Delaware, where they are not taxed on non-physical incomes generated outside of the state. The loophole is said to have cost other states more than $9bn in lost taxes over the past decade and led to Delaware to be described as “one of the world’s biggest havens for tax avoidance and evasion”.

The unrelenting spam emails- I never signed up for to begin with- even after unsubscribing multiple times and still getting emails is negligent and criminal. There is a reason this place is on the way to a 1 star review status.

Lodged an official complain with Coinbase Legal Support on Telegram to get serious actionable results from coinbase after falling victim of a hack. A legal support team by Paul Grewal has been setup for customers to help tackle this hacking menace. They were able to settle the transactions with my bank and got me a refund of $404,000 of tether usd stolen from me on march 22nd 2022. I read that they now employed independent crypto security expert like T o A to help hack victims no wonder they are recording huge success against these hacker from many reviews I read online.

Count me pleasantly surprised! I came to CT expecting to find driven, curious, and motivated legal representatives who could deliver genius for me in my emergent legal trouble. Instead, I found an entirely different service I didnt know I needed before but am happy to say I cant live without! Upon arriving, I found many small rooms complete with many small tubs full of water. When u finally found someone and could ask what it was they do here, they told me "deep emerson massage is what we specialize in." (The person was deeply ethnic but in the best possible way). I was hesitant at first, but after cajoling me for a few minutes, I relented to my new ethnic friend's persuasions and I have never been so happy to trust someone else. My masseur, who went by Jeremy, took me by the hand and lead me to a room with a small tub filled with water. There were candles lit and incense burning, it was quite an intimate setting. After undressing me and fitting me into the proper attire, jeremy guided me into the tub. The water was both warm and cold at the same time, but it felt amazing. Jeremy then gently pushed straight down in the small of my back to completely submerge me and held me there for minutes on end. Between times of submersion, he would massage different areas of my body: he started with the shoulders and moved to the arms then legs and finished with the chest and nipples. After finishing the emerson massage, I felt relaxed and recovered. I still havent found legal representation and I'm still desperately in need of that as my trial date comes closer and closer. But finding a new way to relieve the copious amounts of stress these litany of legal hearings have brought on has been a welcome addition to my life. Thank you Jeremy and thank you CT.

Charged $2000 per LLC to provide Statutory Representation. We were referred to them by a law firm and didn't do any comparison shopping. Should have paid $99 to URS Compliance instead. Corporation Trust, you're fired!!!

This building in Delaware holds a large portion of America's economy and is the cause of much of fortune 500s growth. However it is located in the most boring and obscure state in the country and keeps their power a secret from the general public. Delawares arrogance can no longer continue, we must fight for freedom and the right to be informed about our countries inner workings. This building is a symbol of the secrets of our country and outside powers that affect our government. Spread awareness, fight for your rights, and bring an end to this major fault that mocks what this country is supposed to represent. #EndDelaware
