Lady on the phone says they don't offer preschool but they do please inform your employees that head start and pre school are the same thing

My son was in Goddard Wilmington for last three years and recently graduated. He had school phobia and it was really bad. It took him a month but I don’t think he would have adjusted in any other daycare. Every single teacher and staff are super friendly and caring. They truly understand your concerns and try their best to accommodate requests. I loved the curriculum. My son knew addition, subtraction and some words by the time he graduated. Activities and engagements are so good, kids turn out really smart. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to the entire staff. They are simply the best!

The Goddard School of Wilmington has been great for my niece and nephew both. My niece attended the school and has graduated from there, and my nephew still attends the Goddard school of Wilmington. My nephew gives hugs to his teachers and directors on his way out. To me it says that the teachers at the school are caring and amazing. Over the years, I know that my sister and I have made many requests, and the front office has tried their best to accommodate them. It has been great experience for our family. I think it is the best school in the area.

Goddard (Wilm) was truly essential in my transition into full time custody. They did an AWESOME job handling daycare during a pandemic and was very hands on in my son’s development. Between Ms. Marina (his teacher), Lisa, Emari, and Payal—I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without them?Highly highly recommend using their services, worth every dollar you spend

When my son was 6 months old my husband and I toured this facility the Friday prior to starting elsewhere. We wanted to see what could possibly be worth spending a little extra tuition on; we already found a daycare we deemed suitable. Let me tell you: we ended up sending our son here and never looked back. We recently had to leave due to a move and I have been searching high and low for a similar caliber school without luck and it breaks my heart. He was in the best care here. My son was excited to go to school every day, loved all of the staff to the point he would blow them all kisses, learned sign language when verbal skills were still developing (decreasing frustration behaviors), was attended to and nurtured when he needed love and never left to cry, and surpassed age-appropriate physical/cognitive developmental milestones for his age. My requests as a parent were always honored and implemented. The staff loved my son and he loved them. We miss it here tremendously. I highly recommend to anyone searching for a loving, nurturing and educationally engaging environment. If you want your child to flourish, this is the place.

This is the best daycare/preschool in Wilmington. A safe and welcoming learning environment and staff is great at communicating with parents. Kids are definitely prepared for elementary school. They use a system to email photos to parents during the day that helps you feel more connected to how their day is going. Good use of both technology and traditional teaching methods.

Dedicated staff and wonderful environment. My children have been exposed to a multitude of subjects and themes and will no doubt be beyond ready to enter kindergarten when the time comes. I give the teachers much earned credit for helping to create life-long learners in my little guys.
