I had a very bad experience at the store on Sept 30. I've had a lot of problems using the kiosk in the past, and Amazon said it is best to have the clerk scan the returns... The person at the front desk refused to help me for an Amazon return, I've had rude service at this store before and so have many other people.... The clerk's name was Noel and he refused me service for a basic Amazon return we're all he had to do was scan a QR code with nobody else in the store.... I find this employee to be very rude and lazy. I would like the opportunity to discuss this further with UPS and or the store manager or owner....

Went in to copy a file off my phone. I’m not great at tech and they just pointed to a printer and told me to log in. No other help when I was having trouble. I just left and went to Stables who had better customer support

The store associates are always calm and attentive to all patrons who enter the shop. I love the ease of printing labels using the computer in the shop. I always have a great experience here.

This store is horrible. Employee didn't offer insurance on package that ended up getting lost and now I'm out 500 dollars. Store employees are not helpful with getting issue resolved and advised to call ups customer service who advise I need to contact the store. No one cares or wants to help find my package or compensate me for my missing package.
