I've been here several times for notary or shipping services and they have always been fast and ready to help. I've not had any issues with unfriendly employees. I like that I am able to get in and get out quickly.

Poor attitude and service. Brought in a large piece of medical equipment to get packaged and shipped. The first younger man I spoke with started to get setup to do it and another man came out from the back saying they couldn’t do it. At first because they don’t have boxes big enough. After discussing getting boxes and packaging it myself, he said they wouldn’t do it if it’s over 150lbs. To which I said it’s 100lbs and he replied still that he wouldn’t do it. So I took my business to FedEx who was more than willing to work with me to find a solution.I’ll be avoiding UPS altogether as a result.

This ups store isn't customer friendly. They are also much more expensive then other ups stores!!! They won't print your receipts instead you have to use the computer. Which is $3 before you even log in, print and pay for your copies. The community comes to you for convenience not to be overcharged for your services. If I could print at home, I would've. Also, not sure if youre having a rough day. Hope it gets better as your response to me in store was quite dismissive.

This place is great, fast, and convenient. It’s incredible if you compare this place to the post office. We talk about it all the time. A government operation vs this operation is so drastic it’s crazy. I have been in this store probably 100 times. I have never spent more than 5 minutes here. Always the same friendly people working, always helpful.

I am so shocked reading some of the reviews for this location. I use this store on a very regular basis, my mom & I do alot of Amazon returns & sometimes I have numerous returns at once which are scanned separate now & the employees have to place them in these annoying plastic bags which is more work for them yet every employee in there is always nothing but pleasant, respectful, courteous & professional even when the line is out the door. Me & my family love this location, keep up the great work, y'all do an amazing job!!

We have had nothing but outstanding service at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They often go above and beyond in assisting us. My wife owns an online toy business and does a ton of shipping. We bring the products to the UPS store to be scanned in and shipped. Many times, especially around the holidays, we had multiple large bags of parcels needing to be shipped. The staff at this location never made us feel that we were being a burden or made us feel anything but welcome. I highly recommend this location and its wonderful staff/owners.

This is another one of the locations that no longer accept Amazon returns. Well they would have accepted it but they wanted to charge me $3.50I’m supposed to have free returns as a Prime member. These shipping companies need to work this out with Amazon.

Very very rude customer service. That price is not even reasonable , who charges 3$ for each page just for scan. You cannot overcharge, you have to be reasonable when you run a store.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience I had that with a gentleman today I wouldn’t even say a gentleman I’ve dealt with a man that was a UPS delivery driver and I feel where this person goes wrong at this I asked a personal question in regards of that I have a package or was he delivering here so I know to be outside to get my package that I’ve possibly getting delivered and this man said with a very disgusting Trifling very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude saying no I was very turned off and I hope to never see that person again was a UPS driver deliver that was off of Wilmington area delivering for other people which isn’t the problem this is the problem with some men today they have no respect for women I’m preaching my women rights as a 22 year old girl and he had a very nasty disrespectful attitude which is very disrespectful and he’s lucky I didn’t say anything because that’s just no way to talk to any women like that second to a female It’s like saying if you can’t do your job right that saying that they always use the term is if you can’t do your job the right way then why work for the job at all but I’m just laying out like this because I’ve already seen bad reviews of this post office and now I see that this UPS drivers are very disrespectful towards me at least one individual I dealt with I was very polite to this person and I didn’t deserve this very disgusting nasty And very unprofessional attitude just for me asking a simple question I’ve never dealt with the very disgusting nasty disrespectful and unprofessional UPS drivers and hope to never have to deal with one again that just shows we really do have some evil and disrespectful people in this world It’s like saying why are you have this job of delivering peoples things if you’re being totally disrespectful it’s very disgusting and I hope that I don’t ever have to deal with a UPS driver like that ever again

My go to UPS Store and it's only a 5 minute drive from home! Super clean and well organized. Sometimes there's a line here that goes by quickly, but for the most part there's only a few other guests including myself. On the weekends there may be a line, but if you go on a weekday, it will be more than likely empty or close to empty. For the most part it has always been the gentlemen with curly black hair and a beard that helps me out. And he is usually always there. Occasionally there are other staff, but I always see the same gentlemen there regardless of the day of the week. I think they recently hired more people. He is very quick to assist customers and I'm able to get in and out quick. Tl;dr - quick for the most part, clean store

Mediocre UPS. I prefer the Aston store or going to Staples on 202. Most of the employees seem miserable when you go in, as if you are bothering them. Try to avoid that location if possible.

I called the store early this morning and was told that they would notarize a codicil to a will. When we got there they told us they would do nothing pertaining to a will.They could not have been more dismissive if they tried!
