What a great company with fantastic staff! Customer service is above and beyond. Warehouse manager John Wiseman and Sales associate Gretel Calzadilla couldn't have been nicer and more customer oriented. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again guys, and keep up the great work!

Every time I go in, I'm immediately greeted and then helped by the most knowledgeable people, making my project easy and well informed. And the one time there was an understandable scheduling mistake, the management moved heaven and earth to produce my countertop and delivered it to my project site 2 hours away.

Our contractor recommended two tile places for our bathroom renovation, The Tile Market was one of them. We ended up going with the second recommendation because our experience here was so bad. They barely acknowledged us when we walked in. When they finally asked if we needed help they talked to us for under a minute and walked away. They didn't look at our photos or point us in the right direction of different options. We got the vibe that they were extremely snooty and wrote us off once they realized our budget was on the lower end. We couldn't be happier with how beautiful our bathroom turned out once we went to the other tile place that actually took the time to work with us and show us countless options in our budget.

I needed an item first thing on a rough Monday morning and Sadie immediately sent me a picture of it to confirm it was right before I drove across town to get it. Very friendly and helpful, make sure to ask for her when you visit.

Their stone shop recently installed a granite windowsill for me. Previously they installed my granite kitchen countertop. I am so happy. Their work is impeccable. The installers are so nice and professional. See them for your granite and tile needs.

Do yourself a favor ... don't go here ! I had two simple bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash to purchase . At first , my experience was great ! the staff was so helpful BUT- every single time line they gave me was completely wrong . I ordered in stock tile only because of my time crunch . nothing came in even remotely close to their timeline or at all. a backsplash that was supposed to take 3 weeks turned into coming in in September . so I went on line and found the tile in California , 13$ a square foot cheaper and got to me in 5 days . I then went to Home Depot to purchase floor because I had no choice and before I told the guy where I had the issue - he said let me guess - Tile Market- he said I hear that about them all the time . so obviously this happens often . so beware

Katie is amazing! So sweet, helpful and my concerns were all thoughtfully taken care of! If you have the chance, be sure to ask for her! Another worker (I think she was also Katie or maybe just Kate) was also amazing! So friendly here!

My bestie and I were on a FUN shopping day searching many area stores for her kitchen countertop/floor project. Tile Market has LOTS of samples, but this is where the good ended for us... When walking in the receptionist pointed us to the vinyl flooring and quartz countertop area. We figured someone would come over us help after the staff meeting was over.... NOPE. After about an hour of us looking around, we approached the corral of about 6 workers with their heads hung deep into their computers. It was painfully obvious each were trying to avoid eye contact with us. Finally, my friend approached one worker specifically and asked for help. To her credit, she got up from her chair and showed us a few vinyl flooring options and then got someone else to show us the quartz slabs in the back. This young man (3 months employed) was very friendly and wanted to help. He was training another new hire and brought us to look at the slabs. After we looked and he tried to answer our questions, he brought us to the "tile specialists". Kate was NOT interested in helping us (apparently a theme here). We clearly bothered her by getting prices for 3 different quartz options. Quite frankly, she was rude. She actually said with teenage-like attitude, "I can't read this handwriting, what does this even say?". Woah. This is where you lost us as customers. Not good business: my friend's job was easily $20,000+ and I plan on redo my kitchen within the next few months, also. We have rated 'Tile Market' 2 stars: 1 for the large sample size and another for the helpful young man you brought us to the slabs (I wish I could remember his name). Too many good stores in the area to deal with uninterested and rude "specialists". Moving on!

It’s bigger than their location in Lewes. Book an appointment with the designer before you head there or you won’t get too much help.

My wife traveled 45 minutes today to Tile Market of Delaware in Lewes with the intention of placing a large order for a renovation we are doing in our kitchen. After waiting for a salesperson to finish with another customer she tried to ask her question when that salesperson turned and walked away without a word. She then found another person and told her of the rudeness of the other only to get "we are very busy, so what do you want?" in a dismissive fashion. So my wife walked out and went to another tile store which not only had welcoming salespeople but the same tile for $12 a square foot less! Not only did Tile Market of Delaware lose us as a customer but we will be relating this story to others in our community so they can avoid that store. As the Julia Roberts character in the film Pretty Woman said to a sales clerk who previously dismissed her, "mistake, big mistake"!
