Love this hidden TJ for random things, like harder to find fragrances and one-off home good items, but limited selection of clothing and almost nothing in plus sizes.

Customer service was awful! The older woman at the store kept telling us that returning an unused item wasn't the store policy (even though it listed it on the receipt). Had to argue with her and show her the receipt multiple times before she agreed to it.

We went shopping at TJMax tonight, and the children's bracelet didn't come in the original package because it was that way before I took it and gave it to my daughter to try on her wrist. And when I was paying, I made it clear that the two kid's bracelets didn't have prices on them and any chance she could help me find out the price, but the older woman at the store thought I did it on purpose. like that and the way customer service discriminates against us, thinking I want to steal. I don't care how much it costs as long as my 2 year old daughter is happy. and if there is no price on the product then please don't display it on the shelves so we don't have to receive racism in return. So disappointed because I'm a long-time customer of TJMAX

TJ Maxx at Concord Pike, Delaware is one among the chain of stores situated all across the USA & this one store always attracts customers. Looks more like cloth merchandise but many other items such as Kitchen needs, Footwear,FMCG etc etc are stocked. Almost all items are much cheaper than similar stores ( 20-60%) owing to the business tactics of TJ Maxx which is known for its Global off-price retailing. The run away collections/sale are possible due to high quality branded & fashionable contemporary designer merchandise sourced from excess products manufactured or closeout deals or store cancellations or buys surplus inventory from retailers benefitting customers. We had a very leisure shop surveying many items & looking for branded items with as much rebate as possible.

Plenty of good deals and great prices! You get name brand items at cheaper prices and there's plenty to choose from. There is variety in every section and you can be sure that there are unique-finds here! I was able to get some Christmas shopping done here and the store was fully stocked and well kept. The staff were super nice and helpful as well! It was really cold the day I went, and they had the store heated perfectly which helps the over all experience! I highly recommend shopping at T.J Maxx! God Bless!

I am always going to enjoy this store. There are a couple other TJ Maxx locations near me but this one is the best out of all of them. I always find some cool items and the beauty products are for the most part in good condition versus other stores that leave completely damaged makeup on the shelf or opened items. That is not sanitary and also pretty crummy to keep things like that for sale. I love this store and will always go a little further to visit this location.
