My husband and I have spent a lot of time and money in this store. Today I stopped and asked the cashier where the Lodge cast iron was. She said you didn't carry it "in this store". I believed her and left. When I got home, my husband told me where they were in the store, so I went back. Sure enough it was right there. I took it to the same cashier (this is about 2 hrs later) and reminded her that I had been there earlier and was told you didn't have it. Her reply was, "I've never seen it". I'm disappointed that she wasted my time, energy, gas and she didn't even apologize. Very poor customer service! In the past we chose this store over big box stores for the knowledge and service. She has a bit to learn.

It's like Home Depot without a thousand different options that 800 aren't something you want to use but buy trying to save some cash that cost you in the long run. Oh and the people working there actually know what they're talking about and the best part is they'll actually know what you're talking about even if you don't really know what you're talking about. If you just contracted out a remodel job Home Depot. If you just bought a new house and feel like doing some DIY, True Value 100%
