Our flooring project looks amazing. The installer was meticulous and did a really good job. We had an LVP product that looks like tile installed in the primary bedroom, bathroom & closet. Bruce & Terri provided outstanding service.

We hired Tuckers to remove existing hardwoods/ carpet throughout our first floor and replace with LVP. They provided exceptional service at an affordable price. Bruce provided us multiple options for our project. Jen and Terri made selecting & ordering our flooring easy and effortless. The team that installed the floors were very professional and mindful of our home. They kept us updated and cleaned up after each day. I would highly recommend Tuckers and look forward to using them in the future for additional projects.

Me and my husband have been saving for a few years to get new carpet and LVP flooring throughout our house. We started our search at Lowe’s in Wilmington and within a few days realized that wasn’t going to work. Twice I called the store and there was no one at all working in the department and in 3 other calls, we spoke to 3 different people. If I have questions I want to be able to speak to someone who knows what I’m talking about. After a google search I found Tucker’s and saw they had great reviews and decided to visit the store. Best decision we could have made. Terri, Bruce and Jenn are great people. They’re very knowledgeable about their products and were a great help in choosing our flooring and working with our budget. I also can’t say enough about their installers. They all did meticulous work and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tucker’s to anyone.

I cannot speak more highly of this service. From sales to floor prep to installation, everything is literally so perfect. I had been informed by multiple other contractors that my floor couldn't be leveled, would be too costly, etc. but Tuckers Carpet was able to make it happen. Bruce, Teri, Jen, and their installer Carl have been an absolute pleasure to work with. If you need floors this is the BEST. Thanks again!

My experience with Tucker has forever changed my thoughts about who I should pick when getting work done on my house. I could have picked a big box retailer to get the job done and the price might have been a little bit cheaper, but what you get working with a small business is the care, attention and quality. Terri and Bruce were very patient as I went through my flooring selection (I probably changed my mind at least 4 - 5 times), and the person who came install the floor was extremely meticulous with his work. He was an absolute pro, and he took great pride in his work. For your next flooring needs, please consider Tuckers. I highly recommend them. They have been wonderful to work with from start to finish!

Our experience with Tuckers Carpet was excellent. We needed new carpet on our stairs and had a certain carpet in mind. Not only was Tuckers able to procure the carpet I wanted, but they also price matched/beat their competitors AND did a mockup for me to see the edge condition that I was concerned with. The new carpet looks great and I am so pleased with the job that Wayne, our installer did. He was on time, professional, courteous, and worked extremely hard to remove the old carpet and install the new one beautifully all by himself and all in one day! Absolutely recommend Tuckers for all your carpeting needs big and small.
