Crack in windshield, disgustingly dirty inside truck. Cracked side mirror and no cover or cap on gas tank. Reserved a van and when I got there I was told no vans. Was forced to get truck because had someone waiting on me to go pick something up. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option... the experience here was straight trash. I had reserved an open trailer for an employee to pick up on the UHaul website, like ya do. Upon arrival to pick up the trailer, the UHaul employee told my employee that they had canceled the reservation. No reason given, no explanation, no apology, no help at all. We found one 30 minutes away and had to reroute the day because this kind sir can't even own up to whatever happened to the reservation. Pathetic... I wouldn't rent a moving blanket from this joint, they'd eff that up too.

Had a reservation for a trailer set up. When I went to pick up, it was “canceled”… had to drive 30 mins in the wrong direction to get another one. Couldn’t even discount the price because Mr. “didn’t want to bother his boss” would even call him to ask. Joke.

i rent trucks here a lot. i trust this place. i get my truck everytime. steven b is on point. he gets it done and makes sure you’re taken care of.

When I rented my trailer the owner and his assistant were at the counter. They were most helpful and had me on my way quickly. Returning the trailer was a complete nightmare. The lot attendant was rude beyond belief. He wanted me to back the rental trailer into a single spot, which I told him I wasn't comfortable with. I asked him if I could back the trailer into a spot that didn't have a car next to it. His car was parked in a spot with an empty spot on either side of it. He refused. I said to him "I'm trying to work with you here" and his response was "me moving my car for YOU isn't you working with me". I had to disconnect the trailer myself and leave it in the lot.

Was there at 9AM on a Saturday morning, right after they opened. Steven B assisted me. Truck was ready and clean. Experience was great, no complaints. Would definitely use this location again.

We needed to rent a car hauler to pick up an old project truck. We went in and we were helped by Robert B. He was so nice and helpful. He went over everything with us so there was no surprises. Help us load up and he was pleasant the whole time! I would highly recommend using this location!

Read reviews after the fact and glad I did because I had a great experience. Stephen was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Truck was ready to go and I was in and out relatively fast.

If you need to rent a truck, do not go to this location. No one here wants to do their job.Reserved a truck A MONTH IN ADVANCE, showed up to pick it up with truck share 24/7, turned out they never staged the truck for pick up. Bunch of lazy people in this location. Been there multiple times and they think they’re doing you a favor by doing their job. Highly highly recommend going to another location.
