I would not recommend using UHAUL anymore. There is something VERY wrong with the UHAUL APP. when we picked up the truck, the mileage was higher than what was on the contract and the gas was lower than what was on the contract. We took a picture and tried to send it to you, but the app glitched when I tried to submit that very important info. Didn’t glitch at the end when you charged me five times what I expected to pay.

The van I used was FILTHY. The inside passenger seats were dirty, the console was dirty, the floor looked as if liquid was spilled on it and it was left there. I will NEVER use a uhaul from this site again.

My original reservation was for the Governor Printz location and even with a reservation the truck was not available. I was thankful to be able to get to an alternate location, some people are not able to and that's a huge inconvenience.
The Newport gap location was very fast and friendly.

Wish I could give no stars!!! When we first got here we did the online check in and it gave us a truck #. When we went inside the guy said no he’s giving us a different truck and the app just says that. So he gives us a key to a different truck that has a flat tire!! Come back in and ask for the key to the original truck. Get that and get to our storage unit (a mile down the street) and when we leave the unit a light comes on in the truck saying low oil pressure turn off engine immediately. We pulled back into the place we picked it up at. The oil filter was not properly on and the truck was bone dry! They do NOT check the U-Haul’s here once dropped off. We were also charged 3 times , Twice on the first truck and again on the second truck. Customer service was a joke and said to file a complaint once truck is dropped off. What the heck? Spare yourself the trouble and go to an actual U-Haul store ! This place and the people are a joke !!!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This company is a scam. They charged me for 62 more miles than I drove!! I only drove 23 miles around town & they charged me for 85. Not even remotely close. On the emailed receipt it shows that the starting mileage & return mileage were vastly incorrect and did not match the mileage that I provided the day of. Because of this I was also overcharged for gas. I provided the accurate information from the beginning on the verification page and they completely disregarded it and chose their own numbers to charge me an absurd amount. I have photos proving what I truly drove. I reached out to them and sent the proof again and still haven’t received any response. Now i have to go through my credit card company to dispute it and have them investigate it so I can get my money back. I am so disgusted that this company is trying to take advantage of their customers. Never again will I use them & I hope this protects others from being scammed.

No signage to explain drop off procedure, waited in a line we didn't need to wait in. We Were told to just leave the auto transport without any receipt for it. Took pictures of where we left it on case
