What a joke! Went in and paid $103 to overnight something to St. Petersburg, Florida. Frank said it left the store, I am not convinced of that. He was supposed to call me back and didn’t. The item was supposed to be delivered by 8:30 am today and no one can tell
me where the package is. I have dealt with this store many times, but they lost a customer. Frank didn’t really care that it wasn’t getting there in time. He left the store to go to another store instead of calling me back! He wouldn’t refund my money because then he wouldn’t get his money back. Really? You are a franchise and don’t trust the parent company? If I were you, I would not deal with this store. They don’t get the meaning of urgency. I won’t be surprised if the document gets to its destination tomorrow because it is leaving their store TODAY!!! The store is always a disaster with boxes and packages everywhere. I am sure it’s not the first package they lost! I don’t know how they find anything in there. There isn’t even enough room for customers. The customers usually have to lineup outside!
