??'s up to the Supervisor, but one her staff that is slim Afro-American Woman P.O Clerks have a very bad unprofessional attitude towards me when asked to speak to a Supervisor after driving from Philly under the advice of Supervisor Customer Service conducting an investigation over lost certified mail containing $789.85. One would think droving from Philadelphia that my issue was urgent and important. I simply ask to speak to a supervisor due to the complexity of the problem, inconvenience, and the frustration that it was causing me. I was getting nowhere resolving the issue, so I needed guidance and direction on the next actions to take over my lost mail rather than she giving me her nasty attitude. She willfull minimize my efforts to get any further assistance repetitively, giving me an excuse to prevent me from speaking with a supervisor. I feel if someone has something important to them, she should have kindly taken my request without being disrespectful, displaying a nasty attitude. That's customer service 101.

They provide you with a fair service. The negative reviews I believe are because the staff does not give you a single smile, but that's ok cause this place is not a restaurant or hotel or people should greet you.

This post office is trash. I can't count on both hands the amount of times they delivered my packages to someone else and I never got them. Like today.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They disposed my package for no reason.

My patience has worn thin with this postal office. I have been told for almost a year that they would provide my rental property with mailbox keys, only for another worker to tell me it is actually up to my property management company. At this point I am not sure who is even telling the truth. Multiple workers have told me it is up to USPS, now someone is changing the story. I just want to access my mail from my own building without having to wait weeks to retrieve all of my mail. I have missed out on important letters because of this situation and it is simply ridiculous. Perhaps I have been far too patient because I understand how it feels to work in customer service but this is absolutely ridiculous at this point. I wish I could give this location 0 stars for their confusion, lack of clarity, and constant changing of their story.

I was the last person to enter right before they were closing. Within a minute I got the stamp for my post, and I was out in less than 3 minutes

It is a shame there is no way to call a person to speak to the post office, just automated messages

Usually this branch is a hot mess (slow, poor service, no supplies), but today I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was fully stocked and the clerk working today was polite, respectful, and downright cheerful. I don't know her name (my receipt only says clerk 87) but I hope she's assigned there permanently.

Was there for a passport renewal and took them forever to attend me and then tell me my photos were incorrect wouldn’t recommended this postal office for any sort of passport renewal. If you’re short in staff start hiring it’s not that hard

Carrier will mark packages as delivered when he has not delivered then the post office will lie and say the package must’ve been stolen to brush it off because nobody in their wants to do their job and find it .. I’m convinced they are the ones stealing packages.. They are rude and incompetent.. would not recommend

Terrible! I get to my appointment 2 hours early and wasn’t told what I would need! I came back at my appointment time I was told a machine was down so they couldn’t complete my service without this piece and to go to another store to see if they can do it and come back I went to that store and 2 others that were recommended and all machines were down. I get back and the lady who recommended the other store is laughing which is very unprofessional saying there she goes and tells me I would have to reschedule my appointment bc I couldn’t get the piece that I needed. But that should’ve been stated when I booked the appointment or when I arrived 2 hours earlier to make sure I had everything.

The post office employee went above and beyond to help me figure out how to renew my passport and make sure I had all of the documents. I was so confused due to a special situation with my passport, and she helped me figure it out. I was there for 30 minutes and she was one of the kindest and patient postal workers I have met. The trick is you have to go to any post office in the late morning to avoid lines. I think the employees are more patient also when there aren't long lines of impatient people.

Apparently the Rodney, DE mail carrier refuses to do his job and take the mail to company PO box and instead just marks "return to sender" not one, not two, but three, maybe even 4 times. These are critical insurance payment checks that are not being delivered, but post office tells me I can send my letter priority and recipient will get it, their service not worth the 55 cents of regular postage, not gonna pay $10, postal employee was rude, and just didn't care even after I asked her to speak to the carrier and follow procedure she told me,
