Whoever was working today around noonish was so wonderful. The post office only had 40 special stamps for our heavy wedding invitations so she input and printed 23 individual paper-stamps for the rest of the invitations so that we could get them sent out today. Thank you so much! I know it was tedious but you were a champ about it.

I moved to Claymont 3 months ago and have already had 3 packages stolen from me. At first I thought it was my neighbors, but after speaking with the postal staff and reading the past reviews I believe this is an inside job involving the workers.

For the price paid, the service is outstanding. Despite decades of Republican lawmakers trying to hamstring the Postal Service so they can privatize and profit from it, USPS continues to deliver to every address in the country six days a week regardless of weather. I routinely send and recieve letters and parcels and aside from very infrequent delays I have had no issues.

They are Thieves who steal debit and credit cards. The deemed my debit card undeliverable and yet it was never returned to the bank. Later my missing card was activated.

I wonder if anyone reads these? People there do not like their jobs. Or if they do, they are just miserable people with no accountability. They don't let you explain anything to them without their interrupting you and telling you it is not their problem. Just awful.

Once again, another review about theft at this location. Just look at the track record in reviews. No call back after making the claim, no answer after calling multiple times a day.
This office likes to scan packages delivered, then put the package right back in their van. How is it possible to have this many years of reviews on bad service and stolen packages yet nothing is done about it?

Whoever delivers to Riverview Apartments needs to be drug tested!! Mail delivered here are constantly put in wrong mailbox! I get everyone else's mail from the neighborhood except mines smh ??♂️ I get that mistakes happen but every day?????? sheesh
