I think it should be illegal that they withhold mail from you here, they don't deliver and they refuse to give you your important mail that you spent money on.

This is the worst service ive ever received at a post office. I had an appointment for my client at 3 and were there at three but had to wait in line for 15 minutes. When we got to the counter we were told that we were too late and it didnt matter that wed spent 15 min in line. Then the worker started arguing with me about my arrival time. Awful! Will never come back here again. Lousy mean attitudes and no help at all

Made a passport appointment weeks in advance and showed up with all my paperwork for the employee to tell me my appointment had been cancelled and nothing could be done for me. So glad I wasted my time driving an hour for this scheduled and confirmed appointment. I see what all the other negative reviews are about.

Passport services are late to appointments with the customer waiting and they will turn away customers at the drop of a hat, not consistently though, the person before me the first time they gave plenty of time, while for me they rushed me out saying they can't process my application. Twice attempted to get passport processed and twice turned away after waiting well beyond the appointment window just to see the passport person turn me away. When filing a complaint the agent lies saying I was late while I was waiting on her.

Stopped going there for an entire year due to the abysmal service. Thankfully, there is a new team in place, Rebecca, Patricia and Sean, all pleasant and professional.

The staffs are incredibly rude! I went for passport appointment. The two ladies working there made fun of my 1 year old baby! They laughed at what my baby said in their back office. I can’t even believe it. What was wrong with the baby saying “no” when you ask him a question??? I am reading through all the reviews here. There are tons of negative reviews about this location. Why the management team does not retrain the staff?? They are very rude and unprofessional! Very! I am so disappointed at the service that I received at the United States Post Service. How can you let these people represent the service of the US?!

Worker was nice. Shipping the package was quick and easy. Lots of parking spots. Came 30 min before closing time and it was still open.
