I have to say that this station is a regular stop every week. I live in PA but it's worth the trip. It's next to Total Wines and Dunkin Donuts when I have company. Always has the best prices for gas!!

Today, I went to Valero to purchase gas and also get a snack at 5:26 pm. I am a Fas Rewards member and have been since 2019. I attempted to purchase the Chex Mix 2 for $5 deal using my rewards card. At the register, the transaction came up regular price $6.98 even though my loyalty card went through. The cashier told me that I must have not activated my card. I informed him that I had my card for years and have used it many times.
He walked to the aisle and checked the signage to confirm the deal. He returned to the register and told me that if I were registered, I would have received the deal. I said that the deal should still be honored because I am standing there with my loyalty card in my hand.
He would not honor the 2 for $5 deal.
I’ve never been to a convenience or grocery store that wouldn’t honor a posted deal for a loyalty member especially with a card present.
Though the cashier was affable and the savings would have only been $1.98, it’s the principle that concerns me.
I will attach pictures showing that my account was activated and active.

No sign saying no debit, went in for help. The old lady at the check out was rude, unhelpful, treated a customer as if a bother. I can not/will not recommend this station to anyone. There are a number of other ones nearby that don't mind treating customers correctly.

Almost every pump is consistently out of order. The pumps that do work take 20+ minutes to fill up an SUV.

Very busy place. People don't pull through to the far pump. Once someone pulls in from off you, everyone has to back out.

Worst maintained service station in Delaware. It will take you longer to fill up your gas tank than it will to charge a Tesla.
