GREAT place for glasses! Nichole is the BEST! She is so very helpful, NEVER in a hurry, and so very nice! This is the third pair of glasses I’ve gotten there as well as my husband!

This place I called her and said I’m coming in 5mins by 5:45pm I came here by 5:52pm and she didn’t even care to open the door. It’s only one screw to put it in. She started to blabber something or the other like I have family and all. I’m like it’s only 5:55 pm and you have closed the door and sitting inside simply. Getting paid for nothing? She asked me to come that’s why I came here though she have this kinda attitude! Never coming here again. She started to shout at me and asking me to leave the door! Totally unacceptable! Worst service in US I have ever seen! I’m here for 2yrs now but this is the worst experience I ever had in US

I was greeted immediately upon entering, asked of my needs, provided information to associate and was directed to the frame displays. Once a frame was selected, I was measured and asked follow up questions. The whole process was flawless.

Great associates - very helpful Glasses were ready within a week and were perfect- . Didn’t even need . to be adjusted. Liked them so much I just ordered a back up pair!!!

The rep was customer service friendly, took the time to find my insurance information, explain my coverage, fulfilled all of my needs in regards to my subscription, all with a smile. Something that is rare lately.

The two ladies that helped me were so nice and they made it a very pleasant experience. There were a couple of unruly customers that came in but they handled it very professionally and even checked to make sure I was okay. Nicole helped me find frames that suited my face. I will definitely come back here for new glasses next time. Thank you ladies! You are awesome.
